F^¢7 won't let me "checkout as a guest with the option to create an account later". Grumble, grumble. Keeps wanting a password i don't have.

I think Highly Charged may be going back. After its disappointing performance in my crease, I gave it a solo run, with Water Willow pencil. I put a fairly heavy coating on my lids, and sheered it out into the crease and up a bit. It looked nice... iridescent purple on the lid and more iridescent cool pink as it moved upwards.

But after a couple hours, while the purple was still on my lids, the cool pink had changed to warm burgundy. I looked sick or on bad drugs.

I confess i didn't use any eye lid primer, so next week when i get back from teaching in Wisconsin i'll have to give it one more chance. It does look nice when first applied...

this released in Australia yesterday =) fairly on par with the US which is suprising
Hey Channy were you one of the lucky ones who went online to check out the collection at 8:30 in the morning when it released? I went on it at 9 and Hearts Aflame was already sold out! Which surprised me because I thought Lingering Kiss and Good Kisser would be the popular ones and would therefore be the ones to sell out first.

The other Electric Cool eyeshadows are fine - since the others i got are rather neutral colors. What is the best way to apply them?

I'm happy with Myself... lipstick, that is. And Wanting More (washed-out lavender) lipglass looks good on me - quite opaque, no sinking into lip lines, an almost nude color on my cool toned lips.

The Fluidline pencils are nice - i'm not getting anything spectacular from them, but they work well and last a pretty long time. I'm such a throw-back, i prefer wooden or composite pencils that i have to sharpen.

Since i will never need another blush as long as i live, because i have too many, i caved and got Animal Instincts powder blush. How could i resist shimmering plum!?!? It doesn't seem all that frosty. I don't need too much extra sparkle.

I am bummed because i think i picked up a little tan this summer - and i carried a tube of sunscreen with me and used it. It was the last day of medieval camping, packing everything into my van, and while i kept trying to face away from the sun, my rosacea was flaming by the time it was all packed and i looked a little darker everywhere else (and wearing long pants, long sleeves and a broad brimmed hat). I've been religiously using aha exfoliants on most of my face, and bha on my rosacea areas, and retinol serum, and i think i look a little better. Boo, sun!

I find the electric cool eyeshadows preform the best when applied using my fingers

I agree with kaitlyn. Fingers are the recommended use for the EC shadows. And boo about the tan :( Many think that sunscreen will prevent tanning, but it doesn't. The only way to avoid it is to stay out of the sun completely-my preferred choice
