IKR! I was hoping LL was going to be actually more plum, looks like its the same...

If it is too dark, apply a lustre, like Myself, Woodrose, Siren Song, etc first, then lightly dab or do one thin layer of the darker lippy, ttt, lk, pc, etc and voila. I like dabbing until I get to a color I am ok with. That is more controlled than swiping if you want to manage the strength of the color. JMO and hope it helps.

I like dabbing until I get to a color I am ok with. That is more controlled than swiping if you want to manage the strength of the color. JMO and hope it helps.

I know exactly what you are talking about. Say no more. It was a hot mess on me. It looked liked mud on my lips. Darn.

I actually found LK more wearable than a lot of the deep lipsticks I've tried, even on my pale face. I haven't worn it to work yet, but I might get up the courage this fall.
