I'm so disappointed by ascension nail polish... I was hoping for an awesome duochrome like ozotic or something;.... so sad damn!
Even then pigments are mediocre, the lipsticks texture clings to the little skins on the lips, the powder is nothing special, the megal metals will crease...
the easiest collex after metalX collex to skip!

The pigments were a disappointment, so for now this is a skip

Did you try it out? Or what is your opinion based on?
I love the b/p, the metal x (Obsura) did not crease on me (under stage lights! - I have yet to try Ardent), and the l/s was effortless to apply.
I also like all three n/p, but of course, each of us has a different taste, but they certainly do not lack quality.

Kate thank you for confiming this. That's the first thing I thought of when we got product descriptions was that Ascension sounded exactly the same as DL Wicked Game. Wicked Game is a beautiful duochrome and DL is $16.
I had hoped this collection would excite me more, better for my wallet that it doesn't. Oh well I guess it's a skip for me.
Ascension looks like a perfect abalone shell, but I would also say it's nearly an exact dupe for Deborah Lipmann's "Wicked Game". Although I didn't have them side by side to compare, I have the Lipmann one and it seems really close. I think the polish prices for these and Lipmann are the same in the US. In Canada, Lipmann is a dollar or two cheaper.

Do you know if elude beaty powder is "full size"? I mean, does it have the same quantity of product as a regular beauty powder, and is it refillable? thanks!!

I finally went back to see what the other 2 nail polishes look like and I'm not impressed at all. IMO totally dupable and not worth $23.
