I might dig the highlighter one but not the eyeshadow. I am not that much of a collector and I would never want to mess it up.
the uk ones rose this year too. ours were £28 and went to £32!
they used the vat increase as an excuse... but seeing as that only rose by 5% i am not sure why it was up-priced by £4!

I already find the $2 increase in the US a lot, but considering that Netflix recently announced an increase of 60%, MAC's mark up seems miniscule.
wow that is a big mark up! netflix is the online film service right? we have something similar in the uk but they never out the prices up really so i guess that is lucky.

Yup, while the current price is $9.99 for one DVD + unlimited streaming, the prices will jack up to $15.98 in September. Customers have the option to stay on a $7.99 plan for DVD only or streaming only, but as most series have some seasons on DVD only and others on streaming only, that is not really an option. Oh, and of course you have to pay tax on top of it. I thought I'd be interested in the highlighter or bronzer... but they're just kinda... well, yeah. The graffiti pallette is gorgeous but I would never use it. And I do refuse to buy makeup that I won't ever use. So maybe the highlighter, cause it is pretty, but I'm not sure it's worth $38... Am I the only one put-off a bit by that?
