Ok, I was originally going to get the Gameela,Farasha and Parrot. Looking at the swatches form Temptalia and Beautyzine I changed my mind. I picked up Parrot and Banafeaji. T's swatched made Banafeaji look gorgeous, I just couldn't pass it up. I think Gameela looks similar to passionate, so I changed my mind about that one. As far as Farasha, I love the cheeto orange but I have sugarpill's flamepoint, so I'm not sure I need it. So... fairly small haul for me this time.

This collection started going up on MAC UK about an hour ago (minutes after the free shipping offer ended, surprise, surprise). I had Parrot in my basket, but it was Sold Out by the time I went to checkout. I knew it would sell fast, but within minutes, and before it was even showing up as a collection? Crazy

I placed another order to get Banafsaji.  I thought I could skip it, but I couldn't.  I couldn't go to sleep without ordering it.  :haha:

I think I'm sitting out this collection - though the brown quad looks pretty, as does banafsiaji and some of the other single shadows. Too much stuff being released back to back!

They really had only been there for minutes! I'd done a search for Parrot not long before that. It's still hidden away, no new collections showing on the site map yet.

Everything is still in the stage where it can only be found under 'eyeshadow' or 'lipstick' etc. The Reflects Glitters are nowhere to be seen yet. It bugs me that I had Parrot in my basket and lost it within a few minutes. Either we didn't get much stock in the UK, or the ebayers have been waiting to pounce as soon as it appeared on the site.

I hate being broke a broke undergrad! Ughhhhh. I'm gonna wait to swatch the shadows in-store next week and then try to decide. The brown quad is pretty but I think I'd rather get Bare My Soul from Temperature Rising and pick up Shroom and Soft Brown later. But, if I'm being honest with myself, Banafsaji is the only one I can see myself wearing regularly. I'm a lip girl.

Placed my order for parrot even though I had no intentions on buying it. I normally don't wear blue-teal eyeshadows since I have blue eyes but hopefully I can make this work.

It's a repromote of the Gentle Fume quad, which I have. I don't know if the formula is different, but a C isn't too far off from what I think of it. Carbon is not my favorite black, as it tends to apply patchy on me. I use other blacks over it. I think Waft and Rondelle are nice shadows and didn't have patchy issues with them. Rondelle is actually one of my favorite silvers. Gentle Fume is my least favorite from the quad. I agree with Temptalia's assessment of that particular shadow, minus the fallout during the day. I didn't have that.
