MAC Artificially Wild Collection (Sept 4, 2014)

Sooooo Tabla and Photo are almost identical. I do like Table more though. I feel like it has more yellow in there, but i do like the texture of Photo more since its satin. Both pretty chocolate colors either way.

I totally agree! I also wish there was a fair skinned blogger on the same level as Karen and T. It would make things so much easier for all of us!

I think Beautizine is close to their level, she sometimes gets the collections when they do and she's pretty fair. At least used her info for the AA collection this year. She's also CA.

I do like her but what I meant was I wish she got full collections and had them up around the same time as T and Karen.

I was totally thinking this after we got T and Karen's swatches/reviews. Hmm... I have always wondered how many/who the bloggers are that Mac hands out preview pieces/full collections to. Too bad Mac can't give us links :haha:

I wonder if Taupe is different than the original release. I have Taupe and I like it a lot. It's subtle but pretty!

Taupe IS the original colour. It's perm, so the colour isn't gonna change.

Well I am more interested in this collection now after swatches! Most of the lip products here are not for me, but I am really into the e/s (maybe all of them!) and maybe a CCB

Most of MAC's September collections look like skippers to me: Casual Colour (i got most of them first time around), Studio Sculpt, Matchmaster, Turquatic. Even these look like skippers: Nasty Gal (i do need to check out Gunner l/s); The Simpsons (i might get Itchy & Scratchy & Sexy and/or Nacho Cheese Explosion l/g, but i'm just not excited).

Even October doesn't excite me so far: Kinky Boots - i have more reds than i can ever use; Marcel Wanders Ultimate will be too expensive for me; There's only one thing in Rocky Horror i want, and 2 things in the Matte Coll. Of course, the Holiday Collection Part One usually comes out in Oct. and i might be a sucker for that, so it's probably good not much else does...

The only collections i'm interested in are Viva Glam Rihanna 2 - i'm definitely getting both the l/s and the l/g - and this one. I'm not sure exactly what i want to get, but some stuff definitely looks interesting.

I already have Icon lipstick (one of my first MAC lipsticks, along with Cyber and blue-violet Grid) and the others look too yellow for me - and i have Stone lip liner and Explicit lipglass. I do want to check out Obviously Bare - light cream grey nude - how can i pass that!

I have to check out all the eye shadows and cream colour bases. How can i skip mustard and olive and concrete! (i'm being serious)

As for blushes, I already have Pink Cult, which is perfection on me, I suspect Taupe will be too dark, but Next to Skin sounds possible.

So my list isn't long, but there are definitely some unusual colors in this collection i have to see.

I adore Shitake in Karly's swatches. I like Icon in her swatches too. But I don't like Icon in T's or Karen's swatches
