This is why i stopped buying MAC's glosses!

Maybe we should all start contacting MAC and letting them know that their lipglasses are going bad really fast.

Erine, out of curiosity, what glosses do you normally buy? I'm not too into glosses, but am always looking to try something new.

I'm still using old MAC glosses that i (fortunately) backed up like crazy! But I'm not much of a gloss girl anymore, so it works out.

Maybe MAC is cutting down on the preservatives because they know people will keep products forever or until they are too disgusting (smell too bad) to open? Like Tarte and other brands reducing the size of their cream products. Just a theory though.

I rarely wear lipglass (or any gloss) but occasionally buy them with every intent to wear them lol. I guess I got lucky on the 3 I got from this collection...no bad smell. I have a bag of old lipglasses that SHOULD be considered bad solely off of how old they are but none of them smell or taste bad. The ones I got from the TR collection smelled awful as soon as I got them though. :shrugs: I might actually get some real use out of Spite.

The single Shadows from Fall Collections are always the best In my opinion. i always get them all.

I'm seriously considering it right now! Have them all in my cart...

I was planning on picking up icon and photo on nordies this morning and don't see them. Did they sell out fast?

In the spirit of the 90's I ordered Icon since I already own Photo and love it. I've tried to make myself like glosses but it never works out, I usually end up wiping it off an hour after applying because I can't stand the texture.

Photo is permanent and Icon won't be out til thur in stores

Edit: I think I misunderstood. I don't think they have put up the collection yet on their site which is odd o_0. It's also odd that Photo isn't listed under lipsticks since that one is perm

The collection is up. And just like on the MAC website Photo disappeared from the perm list when the collection first released. Might be the same thing that happened on the Nordies website :shrugs:

That makes sense I even tried searching for the items individually and nothing came up until I typed the name of the collection itself.

I haven't been online much, so just catching up with this thread. This collection is just my style! Marsh didn't work for my coloring, but everything else has been great. I particularly love Breaking Ground CCB, De-Nude lipglass and Next to Skin (perfect contour color for me, and very easy to use). 'Looking forward to seeing what everyone comes up with.

Uhhh...mine were scheduled to be delivered tomorrow and I just checked and now it says next Tues 9/9...? Did this happen to anyone else? I'm sure it'll come fine tmrw, just gave me a startle for a sec!

ugh read this and checked my simpsons and sure enough it moved from tomorrow to thur now. i was so super excited how lame.

No, mine still says tomorrow. That's not cool that some are getting delayed.
