I wore Pink Cult to work last night! It's gorgeous!!! The only thing I'm considering talking a look at in stores this weekend (if it's still available) is Natural Wilderness e/s since I missed out on Outré. For anyone that owns these, which is a better e/s: NW or Uninterupted? Or Bobbi Brown Camel? I'm headed up to a CCO this weekend (hopefully!) and I hope I can find any of these e/s.
Uninterrupted is amazing. :eyelove:

I have to say that I'm liking the more modern take on 90s lippies; with my colouring, brown shades were always flattering. I wore Mocha for yearsssss...

I like Shitake a lot - I wear it with Stone liner. I'm also loving French Kiss Patentpolish and Rich Marron Huggable. A touch of brown but sheer enough to not look dated.

She definitely needed the nose job (let's face it, her original nose was awful!), but she's gone way overboard with the lil injections and the butt injections and the face peels and everything else. The entire family is fake! The only one who hasn't had anything done is Kendall. I'm all for plastic surgery, but there's a point when too much is too much, especially when you're still in your low 30s.
I wouldn't say her original nose was awful. I thought she was a beautiful girl before, even if I don't like her in any other way because I find her personality repulsive. It looks like she stripped her Armenian background from her face in order to meet the white girl standard of beauty, and that makes me a little sad.

I've been meaning to post this. I received my package a couple days ago. This is Icon on me. Definitely not a typical lipstick color. It'll take some getting used too. I also bought shitaki but need to take some better pics for that one. It's really nice.

this looks beautiful. Definitely a risky color for me

I'm loving my Pink Cult blush. I think I like it better than my Cheeky Bugger blush.
Me too. I'm going to have trouble not wearing it every day. I make an effort to rotate through my makeup; I have a spreadsheet where I change the text colour of the item to that month's shade so that I know when I've last used each item. I try to wear every blush, highlighter and a lot of my e/s each and every month. That works really well for me because I figure out whether I still like an item or am just hanging onto it (if I'm not longer feeling it, BTM it goes) and it prevents items from just sitting around expiring.

The downside is that I don't just wear my very favourite items as often as I would if I was being less deliberate.

I got Cheeky Bugger about a week before Pink Cult. I really like Cheeky Bugger, but there's no contest. Pink Cult has quickly become my favourite blush. The only other blush I've finished (apart from the time when I only had 2-3 at any point) is NARS Douceur. I'm pretty sure i'll finish PC as well. I'm tempted to get another but I have a lot of other great pink shades that I enjoy (Launch Away, At Dusk, Pink Tea, Cheeky Bugger) so it doesn't make sense to buy a backup.

I totally agree. As someone who has a nose that would look regal on a 6'4" Sicilian God (blame my Scottish peasant roots), I've been self-conscious my whole life. No one will ever call me 'cute'. It wasn't until my husband (then boyfriend) told me how much he likes my strong features (high cheekbones, wide set eyes, the schnoz) that I accepted that it's part of my own beauty even if its not the ideal.

Personally, I think she was more attractive before any of the enhancements.

I have not bought anything from this collection, but I'm super tempted. I'm hoping to have money (tomorrow), but I also know that I need to save for upcoming collections.

I want PC and Taupe, Shitaki and NW

Do you think that all this will be available for next month?

I think they'll still b around, I got them all because I don't own any brown lipsticks and these are repromotes so I've seen a ton of swatches. But I don't think these browns and dark nudes are all that in right now, and as repromotes a lot of ppl already have them, plus it's not LE packaging. I need to figure out brown though, I can't wear hot pink EVERY day, brown is so natural and low maintenance. Anyhow, I don't think they'll sell out :)

I'm blonde and very fair and I love brown lippies. I notice that most actresses on TV wear brown lippies, for whatever reason.
That makes me feel better, my BFF in high school and college (blue eyed blonde) never wore any color BUT brown and never wore any makeup except that lipstick and concealer if she had a zit. And maybe eyeliner or mascara if it was a party. But she's naturally beautiful, and always tanner than me. Maybe I just don't know how to do natural... I think it's time to learn :) what's your favorite brown lipstick?
Hmmm, probably Velvet

I have a few, Double shot is a great creamy darker brown, and I love Velvet Teddy for a matte brown. I tend to like frosty brownish colors, too, like Sequin. You could also try a beige-pink , not totally brown. I have a lot of those, they're such nice go-with-everything colors. I love Twig which is a plum brown, at least on me it is. Shitake is really nice, too.

I LOVE all the shadows. Stony doesn't look blue on me at all and it applies beautifully. Also picked up Yash today, my MA was wearing it and I couldn't resist.
My MA was wearing Yash (with Stone liner) today too but it's just not a colour for me. It's pretty, just not for myself. I hope you enjoy it!

Icon came in today, I like it but definitely not a color for everyone. I expected it to be more opaque based on Youtube swatches but I'm happy with my purchase. I'm not really sure what to do with my eyes and the rest of my face though...

Yay!! I have twig and velvet teddy (I guess I was thinking of them as neutrals more than browns, whatever that means...), and I LOVE both of them! So that probably means we have similar taste and/or skin tone, so I'm going to follow your recs :)

I tried my Icon on last night and LOVE it, it's so different. Since I'm fairly pale and blonde I'll probably wear some warmer colors on the rest of my face. Reddish-browns, oranges, maybe some greens and purples would work. Hmmm, I'm realizing that I don't have a lot of warm e/s.

I din't think of purples... huh, I think I will try that tomorrow

Yeah, I realized as I thought about my favs that I probably have more pinkish browns than true browns. Twig is one of my favs of all my lippies. If you ever decide to try a dark brown I really do like Double Shot (it's perm), and Film Noir is very dark and dramatic. I guess I consider nudes the lighter beige browns. Do you have any reddish-browns? I love those in Fall.
