Secret Blush and Shy Beauty are the two that top my list! The swatches that I've seen make them look utterly gorgeous that I feel as if I'll cry if I don't get them! LOL

*Sigh* I just love shimmery/sparkly things!

its kinda like a matte blush with beauty powder on top... you have that shimmer effect but its very fine texture

By the way.....I don't want to sound petty.
But for some reason BPs in Canada cost 22$, whereas regular blushes cost 21$. In USA, though, the price is 17.50$ for either. I know it's not much at all (just one buck difference). But sometimes I am just really amazed with those pricing policies....

Thank you Babylard!!!
I didn't have the energy to head out to either PRO or freestanding today. We got like 2 feet of snow and walking on the streets is PITA! My counter doesn't have it yet.
I'll wait till the 13th.
Thanks again!

I feeel for you!!! The prices are so damn out of date. They dooooo nott reflect currency anymore... I sent MAC an e-mail asking about it and they never replied LOL. I'm always thinking, damn i wish i was in the u.s. Makeup galore! Then again, they pay much more than we do for health care don't they? I was whining to my friend and he was like yeah well you can pay less for make up, but more for health care!!

I comfort myself with the fact that at least I'm not in France, where they're going for the equivalent of 29$.

But yeah, it can add up. I'm debating waiting until I'm in the states next week to buy the Beauty Powder Blushes - since I want pretty much all of them, that's a good chunk of change, ya know?

I just don't want to miss out in case they sell out.

Does anyone have any idea how quick the sell-through would in in the NYC Pro stores or free-standing stores?

Can I just say how I cannot wait until the 13th to check these BP blushes out?! So many of them look gorgeous! Limiting myself is going to be a challenge. Thanks to everyone for posting pics and descriptions. You've all made me even more excited.

It depends on the state, in Texas we have only pay federal income tax and no state income tax, and my mother's work pays for our insurance (not part of her taxable income).. I can choose any doctor I want to, it's 15 for a specialist visit and 10 for a regular doctor, covers 100% on most surgeries besides cosmetic, hospital visits are the same as for a regular doctor, blah blah blah... the only downside is having to use medications "approved" by our provider. So, yeah, I guess we pay more for it, but right now I really like how my health care is and wouldn't want to change it - at the same time realizing majority of the people in this country aren't so well off and they need something to be done so they're taken care of too

But Sweetness is the "mattest" Beauty Powder Blush of all.

Not me, we don't have health care. Don't want it. Prefer preventative maintenance.

And more inexpensive makeup too....if you can find it- we don't even have a MAC counter here at all!

Again, I gotta see these babies in person. I don't want to get all 8 and not like them. I have to learn how to be picky.

Re: Beauty Powder Blush Discussion

My order came and they are gorgeous, especially the texture! I can see where they could fall apart during depotting tho - they're kinda crumbly when I use my skunk brush on them. My faves are True Romantic, Joyous, and Secret Blush. Not so sure about Feeling yet....I'm feeling it may be too dark for my paleness even with a light hand. LOL

Re: Beauty Powder Blush Discussion

ITA - no glitter. I can't stand glitter and I love these.

Edited to say: Now that I've received Shy Beauty I would have to say this one does have some glitter, but I don't find it to be obnoxious glitter, if you know what I mean. HTH!
