OMG when i was in Paris this summer and saw the sephora there i was gobsmacked! It's huge! The MAC MA who helped me pick the sonic vibe blushers was so talented and she looked amazing! It's truly the best sephora i've seen. But it's weird that they have MAC in sephora because other sephora brances around the wordl don't carry MAC but i think it's because the one in Paris is really big.

I wish i can go there again

What lip liner did you use with that combo?

I used Brick l/l..... it really is lovely, as I find Russian Red to be slightly too dark for me. The Red Devil lightened it just a bit and sort of changed the tone of it. I'll try to take pictures soon.

So... i got:

Red Devil and Strawberry Blonde l/g
Henna, Pincurl, Femme-Fi, Flip e/s
Brunette, Blonde, Redhead MSFs
165 and 226 brushes

and also got the new Studio Sculpt foundation and concealer with the 195 brush!

And i don't regret anything from this haul!

I don't remember if you already have bought your BBR stuff or not? Sorry, but my brain is so blurry because of the fever and the cold i have...

Seriously, i could EASILY spend an entire day in this Sephora. I know it's hard to imagine for people who haven't seen it yet... but it's like a little town in the city (over 1500 m2), right nunu??
If you ever come back to Paris, or if anybody else comes here, just tell me, i'm gonna show you how to have real parisian fun!!

It's been a month now since i got all my BBR stuff, and considering I picked up a good part of this collection, I still don't regret anything from this haul, with the exception of Blow Dry which I returned. I think for a collection as a whole, this has to be my favourite in a long, long time.

hey girls...

i am still thinking about brunette msf.......i am afraid that it will be too dark for my nw 15 skintone......how is it comparable to so ceylon (i love this one sooo much, it doesnt look orangey on me)
i look at the swatch thread but couldnt find anything that helps me with this decision....i prefer to buy and msf instead of 2 eyeshadows....tia

Only one more week to go for us Swedes!
I think I will only get the Blonde MSF, and then only if I can use it alone as a blush. On a side note, I managed to snag up Petticoat today, I thought it was gone forever but a newly opened counter still had them! I will bring it with me and see if it is close to Blonde. I'll probably get a backup for Femme Fi too, I am too afraid to use the one I have for fear it'll run out!

About Sephora, we don't have it either. When I was vacationing in Paris a few years ago I went to the one in Champs-Elyssés (forgive me if I spelt that wrong) and OMG! I wasn't really into makeup then, more skin care and stuff, but I spent money like there was no tomorrow. If I ever go back there, my brain will probably explode. All these lovely brands we don't have in Sweden! Stila, MUFE, NARS, Benefit...

I'm also NW15 and I love brunette msf!! It's not orangey at all on me. I use the lighter side as a blush and it is gorgeous, not too dark at all. (I had the same concerns before swatching it in the store.) You should definitely get it!

Yes, I have. I got Blonde and Redhead MSF, Pincurl and Knight (I love greys), Strawberry Blonde and Red Devil (I love reds
winks.gif
) and All's Fair.
Not sure about Henna. When I swatched it it was very Gold on me, but not a yellow gold like Goldmine. So maybe I shoul dget it.
Not sure about the 165 though. Do you like it?
And I tried Brunette MSF and it turned yellow on me. So money saved there.

Yeah! Congrats on your haul then!! I haven't swatched anything yet, i'm just staring at them, in their little cute boxes lol. Same thing for the brushes... i know i'm crazy!

The Sephora, is on the Champs Elysees avenue, in the 8th district of Paris... here are some photos, just to give you an idea of how huge it is...

This one is a view from the entrance...

And this one, when you are a bit further in the store...
