MAC Carry All... worth the $$?

I've been eyeing the Carry All bag for a while, and more so now that I know it's going to be discontinued. Does anyone here have it and think its worth the $55? Do they carry it at the counters or stores? I'm exploding out of my current bag.

IMO, the Carry All is completely worth it. Holds tons of makeup, the carrying strap is durable, and it isn't too heavy. I have the MAC 1.6 traincase too, and I far prefer the Carry All. I bought mine at a MAC store. I don't think they have it at the counters.

It sounds like I'll definitely have to get it!
