MAC - Cham Pale Discussion

As I read more most I am liking the cooler concept ideas. I do wear cool and warm tones and do prefer cooler tones so an icy kinda theme I think would be cool-no pun intended lol. Silver and white based products like an ice queen all cool tones. Silver duo chrome e/s or pigments, cool blues, opalescent highlighters stuff like that

just ideas.

here is a quickie question - because i am nc20 does that mean i am cool toned?

I love Woodwinked and in the last few months I started using it on my brows!
It matches my red hair perfectly.

Whoa, I thought the NC was more warm toned? I remember it as "not cool" or "needs cool" which means it is more yellow based. So if she is NC20, she is a yellow based (warm) fair complexion?

Same here.

And I match to NW15 in winter/NW20 in summer near perfect. I can get away with NC15 in the summer, though.

I try to avoid dichotomous thinking. I do remember back in the 80s when the whole Summer/Spring/Fall/Winter craze was going on and you had to figure out what "season" you were and stick with those colors.

There was a book called "color me beautiful" or something like that.

That sounds horrifying but if I had to choose I would be the Ice Queen. lol

I'm pretty much a quad virgin- never found one I liked enough to keep. Of course, with my impulsive MAC buying, I've bought several. But, I've since gotten rid of every single one. I hope this is a keeper. And the custom one I'm ordering tonight.

Second quad virgin reporting for duty! I hope it is very very beautiful and I agree with you all who want it to be cool-toned
yes.gif

Maybe some nice nude beauty powder (since I don't own any too) and tons of kohls (I am a eye kohl whore ... what can I do?)

Me too! I'm not a depotter, but I like to buy pan shadows and arrange them into nice quad configurations. I figure it's better if I need to travel to bring a couple of "go to" sets. I have one with Dazzlelight, Patina, Sable and Satin Taupe that I use all the time.

For this collection, I'm with the ladies who are hoping for something cool-toned. Surely there can't be any original warm colours left... Another peachy blush with gold shimmer? Yawn.
