MAC - Cham Pale Discussion

Hi girls! I am finally so excited about a mac collection again. Felines and VV was basically a skip for me. This will be great though. Very exciting!!

I had a MAC dream last night, too!

Though I think it was more for TT and I'm not sure what happened, I just know I saw a bunch of products and felt overwhelmed on having to decide

I think it's from the flood of info, which I love and need!

I forgot to add I Get No Kick Eye Khol to my list! I have not tried any of MAC's Eye Khols other than Feline Khol Power Eye Pencil.

I'm excited about these paint pots and lipgelees! I love that kind of pale, glossy, icy look in winter and this will fit that bill *perfectly*!
Throw on some BOA blush from VV - - mmm...winter perfection.

Also, I bet some of those pastel metal e/s coming out with Peacocky will look gorgeous over these paint pots.

I'm excited for the I Get No Kick Eye Kohl. The "nude" chromagraphic pencil looked so funky and yellow on me, but I think this one could be great.

Depending on how deep the color is, with the metallic shine it could make a gorgeous inner eye corner highlighter too.

I agree....there's something about metallic nude that is just...

a dab on the inner corners of the eyes, a dab on the cupids bow...

eye kohls and kohl powers are two completely different animals.

I really want a pencil highlight for the inner corner of the eye.

Erin, if I was hoping for a warm metallic nude, would I be happy with this eye kohl?

I'm also going to get Chromographic Pencil in NC15/NW20 and Lavender Fix+

i was super excited about this collection...until i saw that everything in it has frost.

i get it from a color story perspective, but i don't like frost finishes at. all. when we get down to asking "am i going to put this on my face or not?"

oh well. will save me some money. i say "some" because there are a few things i still want and a few things i will probably still buy in an attempt to kill this bias i have but ultimately regret.

kohls powers are much more smudgy because of all the castor seed oil in them. they also all have a carbon black pigment base to them (black with coloured shimmer).

eye kohls aren't as smudgey, and come in normal colours without the carbon black pigment base.

A lot of this collection is calling out to me because I'm a total fairbear, but man oh man, everything about this collection sounds like it's going to be an ashy grey mess for gals over NC/NW35 :/
