MAC CHROME YELLOW

how can i make my mac chrome yellow very bright on my eyes? i see other people using the color and it looks so bright

do you use a base for your eyeshadows? a base not only prevents creasing, but sometimes shadows tend to be more "pigmented" with applied over a base versus being applied without using a base.

use a cream color base. like pearl, maybe. If you don't want the creasing, just apply a paint before putting on the cream base or be careful to not get the CCB into your crease

I've never really used CCBs before...but what's wrong with getting it into your crease?

not a retarded question at all! since the cream color bases are sticky and a bit thick, they don't dry like the shadesticks/paints do. if you put the ccb's in your crease, after a few hours your eyemakeup will ball up and give you 'crease lines' :/
what I usually do is use paint all over, then I'll put some cream color base on my lids and the paint underneath usually will help to prevent your makeup from balling up and getting all yucky in your crease.
