Yagmur, I'm jealous. It looks great on you, but I can't buy Impassioned anywhere here.

It is gorgeous, Yagmur.

Winnie, I saw Colour Ready being advertised online at Robinsons' website. I'm disappointed that we don't get the lipsticks too. Do we get Bitter and White Frost? I doubt I will be going to the counter but tomorrow is Ben & Jerry's free cone day here and if I go there for ice cream, I may check it out.

Oh yes, we've got Bitter here, and another white e/s but I can't remember what its name was (probably White Frost though). Bitter is by far the more popular of the two, the display tester had already hit pan when I was at the counter last Tuesday. Gorgeous color it is.

It's free cone day tomorrow? Hmm I may go down to grab one then

, and maybe pick up Light Over Dark or the new Viva Glam VI l/s if it's at the counter already.

Why can't you get Impassioned?! Isn't it perm in Singapore?!
ssad.gif

Maybe you could get it with a CP from the States...

How terrible!
Impassioned is very much permanent here in the States; surely you can get it somehow.
It was one of my very earliest MAC purchases, four or five or a hundred years ago.

I'm NW15, and I worried that Impassioned would be too warm for me, but it totally isn't.
It *does* have the slightest touch of coral, but it's mostly just bright pink.
It's kind of like Girl About Town's slightly warmer cousin.
I love it with Cranapple Cremestick liner.

I finally used the powder and the refine zone today and OMG I love it! It makes a HUGE difference in the appearance of my pose by my nose. Now I just hope that it doesn't break me out! So far so good!

It's perm but they don't import the lipstick here.

Same goes for a whole lot of other products. Lustering and Chatterbox are in the displayer for Color Ready.

Can someone explain to me how to use the line filler!

I used it on a client the other day before concealer, and I actually had to wipe everything under the eye off because the concealer went on so chunky and messed up! I know Im just not applying it right... but can someone explain?

Did you let it dry before putting the concealer on?
For me the thing is useless.

i posted this earlier. you used too much line filler. a little goes a long way. our trainers warned us about this happening.

Like Erine said, just use a small dab. I prefer to spackle and press into the skin, then gently blend with my fingers, rather than just rub into the skin.

Thanks guys, I really like this stuff on the back of my hand - I knew I was just missing the point when applying it.

Hi girls
I bought the prep and prime powder yesterday, since I wanted something against my shiny forehead. But when I applied it, it seemes to have like no effect at all actually not a lot of product got on my face with my brush... So need your help which brush do you use to apply it and is there anything else I have to think about???

Use a kabuki brush and buff it in? That's how I always apply setting powder to my face.

Oh and Samantha (wizzer) has kindly helped me to CP Show Orchid and Impassioned, along with Girl About Town. So I'll be getting the lippies after all!

It's the same with me too, except that my weakness lies with the cheek and lip stuff.
cutey.gif
Plus all the color collections are constantly leaving me penniless, so I don't have money to buy brushes.

You can buy cheaper kabuki brushes though, they will do the job too.

Try Coastal Scents Brushes, they are cheap but very good. I like my 187 dupe from CS more than my MAC 187
