mac.com haull with one item missing , what should i do??

hi , girls i just got my order from mac.com and there is 1 lipstick is missing

Yep, they left out a mascara (or something like that). I just called the 800-number on the order form, told them of the error and they overnighted my missing item to me.

I've had an item that was wrong once and when I called they told me to keep the item I got and sent out what I had originally ordered, expressed. They are great, you'll have no problem.

It's like any big business...it happens from time to time. Once, Sephora sent me someone else's order and sent mine to them - that was a big surprise!

anytime there's something wrong with your order, whether they forgot something and charged you, or they sent the wrong thing, the express the correct item to you at no charge.

Last year... I order the summer bags and they didn't include one. I called them to tell them but it was sold out. I was PISSED! I thought it was so unfair because I really wanted that bag. They could have at least told me and then i could have went to the store to get one instead of thinking it was with my online order. Now everytime, I get so worried that something LE won't come and it will be sold out by time I can order it again.

i called yesterday about the lipstick and the guy was really nice and he said we will ship it out the next day, and when look out in my order form and i counted the items again to make sure , that every thing is good now and i found out the on of the lip gloss is not included too

, i can understand that they might miss some items because i ordered like 25 items so they might get confused or soo , so i called again and i explained to the girl on the customer serves and she was nice too and she said no problem just give me that item name and we will ship it out on next day serves . so this is my first time some thing like this happened to me with mac online purchase and i have to say that i am very impressed with there customer serves
