I don't know if this topic should be here, but I was wondering if people have had problems receiving their orders from MAC. I was supposed to get an order over a week ago and when I went and checked on my tracking number the last time it was checked in was at least 3 days before it was supposed to be delivered! Anyways, I called MAC and haven't heard anything back so I just wanted to know if people have had other similar experiences. Thanks in advance!!

It happens to me sometimes. I live very far from where it ships and sometimes the truck is out for three days before it ends up in Mesquite, Texas. Then it takes about two days more to get to my town. That just means the truck with your MAC is coming directly to a town closer to you, so it doesn't stop to "check in".

if you are ordering from mac.com you might be a little surpirsed when you recieve your shippment.

Actually I just got off the phone with Mac cosmetics and they were great!
