I think I'm only going to get the pink l/s, the pink l/g and the pink powder. I see a theme here...

I love the look of Splendid and Possum Nose Pink, but I don't think I get on with orange/coral colours. I can't get Shine Manish l/g to work for love nor money, so I don't want to spend what little MAC money I have on colours I can't wear. Unless they're nothing like Shine Manish... then I have a problem

Well, I ended up only getting Splendid & Possum Nose Pink. Yay me for having a little bit of self-control and passing on the Wisteria trio!! That blue is truly calling me name since I don't think I have anything like it, but I think I'll live. Anyone know of a shadow to dupe it with? Any brand really...

I don't know, I bought the two trio's but I tried duping some of the colors anyhow, cuz I'm impatient like that and need to practice that sort of thing.

I ended up doing the "Splendid" Eye look, except using the Holiday Cool Palate (for the purple and blue) and my Smoke and Ash Suite Array duo. I think it turned out pretty decent. (And i had vanilla so at least I didn't have to come up with a dupe for that.

That said I'll try again when the actual trio's get here. LOL but need to practice my 2009 resolutions soon. Getting spending under control.. Yikes.

Okay, got mine in today. First off, very underwhelmed by the eyeshadows. VERY dupable! The powders are pretty,and very light. The lippies.....oh the lippies!!!! Gladiola looks, to me, more purple than pink. Kinda like a purple-pinky color, but still pretty! Kanga rouge is a pretty red, definitely worth a look at if you like reds! Coral Polyp actually turned out to be my fave! Wasn't expecting that. It's not as bright as it comes out in pictures. If it IS too bright for your taste, it can easily be toned down with a gloss. Speaking of gloss.......these glosses are GORGEOUS!!! Seriously, I'm probably going to buy backups of splendid and possum nose. Possum nose looks more on the red side, but a very pretty color. Splendid looks very pigmented, and seems like it would be great for every skin tone. Hot frost is a little darker than Starlet Kiss from the Heatherette collection, but it's still a very pretty medium pink! Out of everything, the lippies are the stars of this collection!

I noticed this too! I ordered my stuff yesterday and I got my discount, but I wanted to order more today and now no f'ing discount? I am lost!?!?

Could just be a glitch? I ordered mine directly from the Pro store in NY last week, and I heard the girl ask if the discount was included on this collection, and her manager told her it was, so there should be no reason why the discount wouldn't work online. Try again at a later time, and if it's still the same, call and order through the 1800 number or call an actual store where your discount will apply.

No, unfortunately I don't have that. I'm not at home to take a pic of it, but when I first pulled it out, my 5-year-old daughter was like, "Mommy, why did you get a purple lipstick?!" It looks more purple in the lighting, but when I tried it on, it was a bright, bright pink. Very cute for spring! It's not light, very pigmented. I may buy a backup, cause God knows I LOVE me some bright pink lips!

Hmm, OK dilemma. I'm fairly confident that this will show up in CCOs in a few months, but I scheduled an appointment for Saturday. So my dilemma is what of the lipglosses to buy - which one is going to be the most popular, and therefore the most likely to sell out? I will be buying some face cream, so I can budget for two lipglosses. Whaddya think?

From the looks of it, I think Splendid and Hot Frost seem to have a lot of mentions in this forum, although Possum Nose Pink is my fave (I have a weakness for reddish lip products

I say test out all 3, and the 2 that look good on you, buy. It really doesn't matter which one is the most popular if it looks like poop on you! Just get the ones that flatter you the most, and have fun with your appointment!

I can't say if it dries my lips out because my lips are so chapped that I was wearing Carmex before putting this on. Even with the Carmex on my lips, this color still showed up very nicely. My boyfriend even came over (and this was after blotting 2x) and was like, "whoa, you got some pink lips!"

Lol, good point! Lord knows I've bought more than my share of colors on a whim, only to later regret my choice because they look like crap on me!
