MAC Cosmetics Dame Edna Discussion Part II

If I could only get one item it would be Possum Nose Pink, from the swatches it looks like such an incredible color that I cannot live without. Hehe. BUT the l/s junkie in me is probably gonna get all the lippies plus P/N/P unless I can resist the urge. Sigh. Still mulling over whether to get the highlight powder and Wisteria trio as well. $$$

Wanted Coral Polyp just for the name too

but I passed on it for BBR lippies

I may hold off on Coral Polyp until BBR comes out, so I can swatch everything at once and see what I want most.

I spent a little more than I planned, but why not? Its the holidays and bills are all paid lol. And anyways, I kept it at less than a hundred.

*Spectacle Highlight Powder (thinking about What a Dame! but I wanna check this one first to see how much I even like it)
*Wisteria Eye Trio
*Hot Frost Lipglass
*Splendid Lipglass

None of the lipsticks appeal to me and I don't like the other eye trio. So the only thing I *may* go back for is the other highlight powder IF I really like Spectacle.

In all seriousness though, these colors are more for spring and they are pretty bright and vivid. The trios are easily dupable IMO. The lippies are as well if you really look at the perm AND past LE collections.

I wish I could skip this collection, but I LOVE bright colors and this collection is calling my name...repeatedly!

I am so excited for this collection but I'll be waiting until I can get it in person. I'm a hands on person and although I've fallen in love with colors online once I've put them on myself I end up looking like a clown or some such.
I'm really hoping one of the powders show up on me, I'm uber pale but those powders look even more pale.

I thought I had convinced myself that I could pass coral polyp, but it keeps haunting me....
To anyone who's seen it IRL: How does it compare to Vegas Volt? I don't mind bright, but is it really ORANGE or is it really coral?

Okay, yeah I was a bad girl. I knew I wanted Coral Polyp, Splendid, and Possum nose Pink because I don't really have any colors like them. I also wanted one of the powders and one trio. I was standing in the kitchen talking to myself trying to decide which to get and mom snuck up behind me and was apparently listening. She said get both. So long story short I got both powders and both trios. Merry early Christmas to me! I can't wait to play and post some swatches.
