I doesn't really look that glittery when it's on the lips, but the color is oh so sheer that it's not really noticeable.

I remember that I was frustrated that I couldn't find any full face swatches, so yeah... when I tried it on, loved it and brought it home, I knew I had to put up swatches for you all!

To me Coral Polyp looks FANTASTIC with the Redd liner

I know I look like a wreck, but I'm about to go to bed soon!

I ended up buying Coral Polyp, Kanga Rouge, Possum Nosed Pink, and Spectacle Highlight Powder.

I'm really trying to resist the eyeshadows and Gladiola.

Someone mentioned that Kanga Rouge is a pretty basic color you can find, that's pretty true...but I couldn't resist the Amplified Creme blend. I'm not too keen on mattes because my lips have the tendency to be more dry, although I really really love Ruby Woo and Russian Red and I moisturize lots on those days.

I experimented with Spectacle and I found that I really love blending MUFE's 26 Blush Powder with it. I'm really diggin' it.

After seeing DE and Heatherette, I love Heatherette's packaging much more. It's hot pink and have the shiny glitter ball!

DE is purple and the sticker glasses is peeling. Not so cute. Even the palette is not as cute with the clear laminate on the glasses popping on top.

beautymarkd: Thanks for the swatches! Coral Polyp + Redd l/l looks like a really pretty coral red lippie.

Is the outcome color similar to Crazee l/s from the Red She Said collection, because I have that l/s. Glad you liked the items that you bought.

I'm not trying to tempt you, but as you read from my previous post, Gladiola looked really awesome on me.

Ok i finally got my mits on some of the Dame Edna collection.

I decided to skip the e/s and the Hi light powder, even though i adore the packaging, but the product just didnt cut it for me.

I grabbed, Gladiola and Coral Polyp lippies as well as the Varicose Violent n/p, Splendid and Hot Frost l/g.

Ok Gladiola is brilliant, great colour pay off and really suited me, its by far the best of the lippies and it sold out after 5 days on the website and almost instantly at my local MAC! Hot Frost is also amazing, its a pretty, sparkly pink that reminds me of candy.

Coral Polyp dissappointed me though, I dont own an coral lippies and from some of the swatches i expected more of a orangey colour, its nice but not what i expected.

I like Spendid, its definitly orangey in colour and not too sparkly, Im still looking forward to the orange l/g in the HK collection.

Varicose Vein is brilliant! I love the colour and its by far the best purple n/p ive ever bought! Its a definite must on everyones list and is by far the most unappreciated product in the collection.

I received all of the lipsticks and lipglasses yesterday and I could barely get them out of the packaging with that stupid little "saying" card shoved in there. Because it was such a tight fit, later when I pulled them out again, the stickers were already coming off. I sent the entire lot of that crap back to MAC. I'm not beholden to have to slap nailpolish or shellac on every sticker because of their shoddy product labeling. Besides, the lipglasses were BEYOND dull and plain and the lipsticks were totally blah.

Oh well, $98 to spend on something else from MAC that hopefully doesn't suck.

I wore coral polyp to work the other night.. I think I need to get a good liner to wear with this.. all I have are spiced, subculture, and cherry... who knows.

Anyway I <3d it.. got a few compliments on it... I waitress so when i could feel it going a little drying i threw just a tid bit of Pink Manish on top of it which was gorgeous.....

Anyway- my manager told me that it looked "too bright" and that it looked "out of place." hes one of my best friends so i wasn't upset or anything i was just like.. fuuuuuuuuuck. LOL. I really wanted to start wearing bolder brighter colors this year but i might have to save this lippie for just the right outfit.

Im thinking the brad paisley/dierks bentley concert im going to at the end of the month

I FINALLY received my Coral Polyp & Gladiola lippies.

I LOVE Gladiola!!! Just a soft application is gorgeous, but - I put Frozen Dream lg over it - WoW its beautiful

Coral Polyp was dry feeling. I used Love Knot & Snowscene over it & it was gorgeous. I also used CP over Pretty Please & that was pretty. Snowscene over Pretty Please was lovely too.

Dang though, Snowscene is kind of a glitter bomb & pretty at the same time.

Varicose Violet is really the most gorgeous nail color I've ever owned! I love the blue and pink glitter in it, gives the finish a very nice sheen. I'll try to upload some pictures later.

The packaging is so cute that I'm lemming to get more items!

I played with my DE stuff last night and I really liked it. The Splendid l/g was pretty but nothing overly special. I'm still glad I got it though because I don't have any lippies like it. The Hot Frost l/g was soooo beautiful, a lot prettier than I thought it would be. I used all 3 clors in the Wisteria Eye Trio and they were pretty, definately not chalky. The blue was exactly what I thought it would be. I didn't yet try the Spectacle High-Light Powder yet but it looks so pretty. I really wish that shimmer went all the way through and wasn't just an overspray. But now I know I definately won't be getting What a Dame! powder too. One is enough.

*Is PNP really that sheer? I HATE sheer lipgloss...It looked pretty in swatches but I hope its not that sheer..

*Should I just get Gladiola since I dont think Ill ever get my hands on Melrose Mood from heatherette??

Elegant, ur right about snowscene. Everyones been raving about it, and its pretty but I had to tone it down and wipe some off, I looked like an alien. Its extremely glittery...I thought itd be like Sugarrimmed but it doesnt have that dazzling effect, its just jampacked with glitter.

First of Gladiola is so so pretty! And, its not like Melrose Mood. Gladiola is like a Lavender based pink. Like a pink with slight Sweetie or Syrup undertones but still pink. I would call it a medium Pink Orchid color. It did not come out bright on me & glosses look stunning over it. Love Love Love Frozen Dream over it.

I really like PNP. It can be sheer, but really was not that sheer on me & I have pigmented lips. Its awesome with a very light application of Coral Polyp under it.

Righteo about Snowscene - bam with the glitter geesh - however, when I tried it on over a bunch of different lipsticks it looked gorgeous. Until you try take it off - which is near impossible. My lips & surrounding face looked like a craft project

I didn't get splendid cause I have the small previous launch one.

Hot Frost is a pretty darker pink, which I like, but not terribly unique. But because it's pink - I gotta have it.
