I noticed that in the title & description, it's called a Dazzleglass.

Pretty for sure, but I'll bet its very sheer. Oh, who am I kidding...I'll want that

Don't put too much on!!!! Then you'll have those gooey strings between your lips when you open your mouth that make you look like a slime monster!

Why does the packaging look like that of a Dazzleglass? I hope the price and amount of product will NOT be the same as a d/g though, or we're all gonna be ripped off again.

Even if I put just a little bit of d/g, there always seem to be the gooey string in the centre of my mouth. Ugh I hate it, but I guess it'll always be there because d/g are just so sticky?

I dont know, I never have this problems with dazzleglasses or other lipglosses. I think my lips are like sponges. They absorb stuff so fast it's unbelievable. But i seriously never had gooey string on my lips

You're lucky to never have encountered this problem, Moxy. It is really gross and unsightly, but that "slime monster" description was just hilariously spot on.

I find you can pile stuff on and still avoid the slime monster effect (

) by sort of blotting the parts of your lips that touch. Put more on the outer edges of the lips than the inner, y'know?

Hmm, that gives me an idea...

Dazzleglasses are so sticky that I'm not even willing to put my finger in my mouth to 'pull out' the excess bits of product that might get on my teeth. Is that what you mean by "blotting"?

Don't use your finger, goof! Use a bit of paper towel or something. I suggest paper towel because it is sturdier and less linty than tissues. Toilet paper works too.
smiles.gif
Use the paper product of your choice and pat those areas to take off some of the excess.

I just thought of people who TP someone's house. Imagine that the toilet paper they'd use would have sticky gloss on it. Talk about messy

That's true. OMG I can't believe I never thought of that before, coz I'm always in such a hurry when I put on my makeup (I have a BAD habit of running late), I just use whatever's convenient aka my fingers.

Oh yes, it is quite literally a gooey string, and it only occurs at the centre of the mouth. So when the mouth is opened, a slimey string is seen in the centre, how glamorous.

On a side note, I can't see any new posts at all, so we may have pictures up as well LOL.
