I just had to share in the love for these glosses & lipsticks too! I ended up getting Lavender Whip & Creme Cup l/s & Fashion Scoop, Partial Pink & Ever So Rich l/g. I love the way the glosses look over these lipsticks, just gorgeous! I really hope they bring them back along with Lavender Whip! I actually e-mailed MAC to please bring them back. The MUA said that the glosses are made with Aloe & are more moisturizing. I have to say I love the way these glosses smell, the remind me of vanilla cake batter yummy!

I still can't bring myself to spend $17.50/$18.00(which is the same to me) for those cremesheen glasses. I did, however, buy Lavender Whip. Everyone at the counter was raving about it. It actually looked kind of blah at the counter but I decided to get it anyway and just play with it. I am glad that I did. I really like it. When it's applied over my lips the natural pigment in my lips gives it more life. I was scared I'd look like I'd eaten a lavender powdered donut but it doesn't look like that at all.

Also....am I the only one that would kill for MAC to come out with a purple lip product that was as purple, creamy and glossy as Lavender Whip looks in the promo?

I love these new glasses... I tested more yesterday as I visited my MA at the counter...

But I am strong and save my money for HK, HK Kouture and Sugar Sweet

I tried #92 for the first time yesterday and I love it!

I used it in the outer v and crease and Mutiny p/g and Nile and Bang on Blue e/s over Electro Sky Paintpot on the lid (this Paintpot hates me!).
It stained my eyelids a bit though. They were a bit pink after I removed my makeup.

I am out of town for the weekend and was trying to post this from my phone yesterday with no luck. Anyways...

I was able to B2M for the creamsheen glosses at the freestanding store in Dearborn MI. I don't know if they will let you do this everywhere, but it is definitely worth a try. It is much, much better than paying 18 bucks for them.

You know, I went the MUFE store today for the first time and I swatched #92. It is very pigmented. It stained my finger tip and also the back of my hand. The stain was purple! I couldn't get it off with the makeup remover. But when I showered later, everything came off. I got chicken when it stained my hands at the store so I didn't buy it.

I want to try Lavender Whip soon. The cremesheen glass is so devilish. I kept thinking about how pretty it is but it is so pricey. I don't want to buy it and end up feeling guilty.

Could anybody tell me if Ever So Rich is ANYTHING like Trifle from the Antiquitease collection? I'm almost out and I love this color (slightly lavender sheer white/pink color)

I was disappointed with Lavender Whip. On me, it's more of a pale pink than purple, like a pinkier version of the swatch on the MAC website. I was hoping for a true pale purple, but oh well. I have Orchidazzle, and maybe I'll get Violetta or Up the Amp for a truer purple lippie.
I did like the look of Lickable, though. It's so intense and dramatic, very sexy.

Lavender whip isn't super purple on me either (look at my swatches on the other thread), but I was thinking about trying it out with my Foolishly Fab Plushglass to amp up the purple.

Anyway...I decided to pair LW with In 3D 3D glass, and it definitely off sets the stickiness, I feel that I can wear it and be happy again. Yay!

i also like lickable. it's a little sister of fuchsia. it will be good together with any fuchsia l/g. cream in your coffee is a good neutral l/p for NC40 like me. shy girl is very lite neutral l/p. i don't think i need l/g for shygirl l/p. but i always wear l/p & l/g together.

spice is nice is a light brown color & can be mixed either brown or any neutral l/g.

the c/gs are pretty but i still prefer to chanel.

So I am wearing lavender whip today with mega lip gelee on top. I must say, I am seeing the purple a lot more today than I did before when I tried it with ever so rich.

Still not as purple as the promo pic though... Sigh
