These poor lipsticks and glosses were def overshadowed by HK, but i did stop at the display just to check out lavender whip. So for anyone who was curious as to how fashion mews compares to lavender whip- lw is definitely more purple and has much better payoff. Fashion mews is more milky pink with a touch of purple.

Thought I'd let eveyone know I decided to go for it & buy Ever So Rich, thinking that if I put it over a pink lippie I'd get a lavender result...yeah, good thought, but that doesn't hapen, lol. It just gives a shine & it feels nice, but I might as well use vaseline instead for the same result. HTH

Thanks! It's not so much the financial aspect as it is the I-have-over-50-MAC -lipsticks-some-of-which-I-rarely-use side of things.
Since I only wear makeup an average of once a week, it's really kind of ridiculous for me to maintain a makeup "wardrobe" that could accommodate a Broadway chorus line.

While I'm not supporting anyone, (except MAC (ha ha!), I can indulge myself without depriving anyone, but I feel that I should draw the line somewhere, before I end up on CNN: "Texas Woman Found Crushed Beneath 25 Tons of MAC Cosmetics."
A visibly shaken rescuer stated, "I've never seen so much taupe, red and fuchsia in my life!"

So, I'll probably pass on Creme Team, unless I see swatches that convince me otherwise.

I didn't swatch them on my lips but on my hand it looked very warm. That's why I didn't bother to put it on my lips. Warm lip colours don't really suit me.

Man, I'm going to have to tell boyfriend-man about the love the bunny rabbit avatar is getting. He sent me some good things for a change! (Instead of retarded comics and such).
