So my Fashion Mews lipstick that I had on earlier wore off, so now I switched to Lavender Whip...I topped it off with Partial To Pink c/g(might as well use them, lol) And its nice...it feels nice on my lips too, makes them feel big & full & I want to make a sexy pouty face

I really love Lavender Whip and may at some point go back for creme cup.

My bf is such a dork. As we walk into the mac store he sees the name creme team and says... wait, isn't it pronounced creme? Well then it doesn't rhyme. Shouldn't it be something like Creme Femme?

Wow these silly cremeglass are actually really pleasant to wear. At first I regretted that I bought one b/c I didn't want to give in, but now I'm pleased with it! I just wish they came in the lipglass size containers so they'd have more content! I will have used this entire gloss up within the week!

After the great swatches of GlamYOURUs I tried them and even though they are sheer they feel soo great on my lips. Not sticky at all and they look so nice.
Thanks for all the enabling and the swatches!

What lipliner are you girls using with Lavender Whip? I do not think I could wear this shade without a liner.

How does Angel compare to Creme cup? I already have angel so if it is simmilar i'm going to skip creme cup

I swatched them at the counter last night side by side and they weren't different enough to justify getting Creme Cup-to me it was just another pretty pink lippie and I wanted the c/g more since they are LE

I got the lipstick, it really reminded me of that 90's brownish berry lip that used to be popular, but when applied it's actually quite pretty. Not an everyday color though. But I will admit, the name grosses me out a little. Who would want anyone to creme in their coffee?

I got Velvetella, but when I got home I noticed it is identical to Vino. You could also try Plum for a slightly less intense purple. But yea, Velvetella and Vino look great!

When I first placed my order for Lavender Whip, I accidentally ended up ordering two (first order from that &*^%$ new site!).
At first I thought, "Aw, Carla, just let it come; it won't break you!" but my Inner Adult, who knows I won't wear lavender lipstick that often, took over,
so I phoned MAC, and am now getting only one.
But, after hearing all these raves, I'm beginning to wonder if it was the Hand of God that put two of Lavender Whip in my bag.

I'm still a day away from actually having Lavender Whip in my hot little hand, but, for what it's worth, an online artist suggested that I wear Plum liner with Lavender Whip, to avoid getting that dreaded washed-out look (I'm NW15; brunette; dark green eyes).
I'll probably try Plum first, but next in line is Magenta, and if I'm really feeling unhinged from PMS, I may even give Grape a go!

My lip combo today: Lavender Whip + Opal lustreglass = gorgeousness!
