MAC Cremesheen Pearl Collection (July 16/ July 23, 2015)

I haven't been on there in awhile (though I am going to check out this collection) but that is such as shame. Their site used to work so well. Why in the world did they mess with it???

These Cremesheen shades look so pretty! Ugh, their site was SO hard to order from during the last GV collection launch. They know everyone hates it so

Nippon is a barely there shade on me, but more pink than coral. Pretty Boy was the darkest/brightest of the three I ordered. This is a pretty accurate swatch:

Thanks! I really like how Pretty Boy looks there. I was hoping that Nippon would have a tad more color to it.

Floating Lotus is pretty, but not a must have IMO. I don't reach for it often. You aren't missing much....

YES!!!!!!!!!!!!! SM looks so pretty. I think its a must have for me. Pickled Plum looks beautiful on Karen.

Pure Zen is one of my favorite lipsticks. I also love Peach Blossom.

What annoys me about the new MAC website is that they don't group the lipsticks by finish anymore, but alphabetically. Frustrating when I want to shop the shades in a certain finish.

OMG exactly! Same with the eyeshadows, so annoying! I either want to get Pure Zen or Little Buddha, I will try "comparing smooshes" on the damn website lol

Pure Zen is one of my favorite lipsticks.

I *almost* bought Little Buddha. It's definitely on my to-buy list.

I ordered Sweet Sakura on Friday as part of a larger order (I'm on a "buy all the brushes!" kick right now). It will be here on Tuesday.

I'll be picking up Pickled Plum once the collection is in-store for sure, and I need to swatch Little Buddha, Star Magnolia, and Dozen Carnations to make a final decision on them. I'm #teampigmentedlips, so anything that's soft requires close inspection.

I am on a BUY ALL THE BRUSHES kick too. I just bought a set of MAC brushes from Nordstrom for their anniversary sale thingie. And I am eyeing another set I saw at Ulta which is really, really nice (but $98).

It matches their annoying new edgy emails. The MAC website needs to go back to it's simple old supermarket style layout - as we buy make-up like it's groceries!
