I just realized something: The new empty quads coming out will give us an idea of how to depot the new style ready made quads.

i depotted my SCF ones, but completely destroyed the quad in the process

there's a panel on the back that you have to prize off, then heat the back of the pans to melt the glue and pop them out. it's time consuming and there has to be an easier way of doing it, but that's how i managed.

Ohhh those swatches look gorgeous!!! I think I can just use my couple of b2m for these! Thanks for the well wishes on my class, it is Math and I will need every bit of luck I can get!!! I am soooo retarded in math, and it is the only class from getting my associate degree!! I hope with whatever major I choose I don't have to take anymore of it!

And finally, the palettes and eyeshadow pans. This collection introduces the redesigned 4-pan palettes hinted at in the Spring Forecast collection. The palettes ($5) have a magnetic closure, and when they're empty, you can also lift the whole insert out, for a magnetized "free form" palette. I think I heard that these inserts are also going to fit into larger eyeshadow palettes so you can mix and match? Confirmation on that rumor is pending.

There's a picture of the new empty quad design that shows how the insert comes out, complete with small holes on the bottom to push out the individual pans for easy removal.

Also, how awesome would it be if that rumor is true? I personally think it would be super handy to be able to fit a few quads into a 15 pan palette along with a couple different blushes. Love the customization idea if this is true!

I read that too and got pretty excited!

It's a cool idea. Even just to have the option to do so.

I can see myself using it this way. Right now I have 4 empty slots in my first palette just so I could make a smaller 'traveling' quad (also to eliminate damage of other e/s') - but I hate how my semi-full palette looks now

I wonder when the rumored new palettes are coming out - I would imagine July, if it is true!

i keep looking at the pictures. yes it really will just be boys go crazy d/g for me. the lippies aren't doing it for me because i'm not finding the colours that unique. pretty but nothing special.

Yeah, I figured it wasn't impossible, but that it would be easier to find a better way to do it by studying the new empty quads.
