Weirdly enough, I also had a digipops dream a few nights ago. I dreamt that the collection went on sale early, but I couldn't figure out if it was just on line or just in the stores... I seriously woke up and ran to check the web site at 4 in the morning because the dream was so vivid. Dang, that was a disappointment.

And I, for one, would like to vote for Meryl's inclusion in a future MAC collection. I'd buy it for sure!

I'm surprised that I haven't really either. I had one about VV, but it wasn't all about about it- it was just like part of the plot that I had to stop by the mac store or something.

A funny thing happened, I stopped by the Bay on the way home and asked if the digi-pops collection came out for sale yet? and the MA answered "mac never goes on sale, it's always the same price".

After we figured it out she said it comes out on July 8th but her response made me giggle all the way home.

when the lipsticks hit all locations, the collection is called "digi-dazzle". its all the same lipsticks, and will launch aug. 5th. these are all LE.

Went back to Nordstrom's and switched Glamour OD for Hi-Falutin'. I'll use that one a lot more, plus it looks gorgeous over Gaga. Couldn't sneakily get them to hold a Hellraiser for me. I'll have to call the day of (or maybe the day before....) and ask them to add one to my purchase.

Just curious: I've never pre-ordered Mac before. Will they call me when it comes in or do I just have to show up on July 16?

It's interesting how the Nordies anniv collections don't usually get a lot of chatter here, but then on the site, they tend to sell out relatively quickly. I was going to pre-order a couple of them yesterday online, but the ones I wanted were already gone

BUT I have a fabulous MA who pre-ordered Hellraiser and Glaringly Hip for me. I am really excited to try out this new formula.

I saw the lippies thursday in person. I do not like them. They reminded me of kids play makeup. You know like those princess or hello kitty lip glosses that are tinted, with lots of sparkle? They are very frosty. Just my opinion of course. But I was glad I didn't love them, saved me $$$!

Usually when you pre-order they ask if you want it sent to you or if you want to come in and pick it up. With this they were saying that they were going to send the pre-sale to your home for free this year. I don't remember them doing that before but it's a nice perk since I live 2 hours away. Nope you don't get a phone call, and usually they'll hold product for about two days after it launches, at least that's how they do it at mine.

Abbyquack- Hellraiser is the best lipstick in this collection. The shimmer is so HOT!! On me you don't see the purple lipstick base only the shimmer but wow!! I kept swatching it and picking it up and finally tried it on and I was like I have no idea why I like this but I must have it!! It also give Boys Go Crazy Dazzleglass a hot new look, it brings out its blue glitter.

Has anyone been able to presale the DG from a Nordstrom and have them shipped to you? I want some but don't have a store anywhere near me. I was told they would not ship them and I'm wanting to know if it's still true.

Yay, I'm glad I chose a good color then! Also Boys Go Crazy does look amazing- I am kinda tempted to pick it up!

Maybe try a different store? Maybe whoever you talked to was just being lazy, because they definitely ship from Nordies stores. I have ordered from several different ones. And shipping is free when you spend $25 or more.

Since the lipsticks will be launched everwhere else on August 5th, I'm only going for the dazzleglasses in this collection and thinking about buying another Glamour O.D and Utterly Posh dazzleglasses. For sure I'm backing up Spanking Rich and Boys Go Crazy.

Erin: I have a question. Since the lipsticks are going to be available everywhere else on Aug. 5th, are the dazzleglasses going to be available with them or it is just exclusive for Nordstrom?

Although I'm not Erin, I think the Dazzleglasses are also going to be available at all locations. I stopped by my Macy's counter last week and the MA mentioned this collection (she knows I am a lippie lover) and she mentioned there would be new lipsticks AND new Dazzleglasses....so I think it is really just the Look-In-Box things that are exclusive to Nordies.

(I did preorder the Miss Violet Box online -no Nordstroms near me - mainly just for that Rose Beauty Powder - Hopefully it arrives this week. I'll do a review when it comes!)

nope, its just the lipsticks. the dazzleglasses will just be nordies and the bay only.

I haven't seen this posted yet. Nordstrom has teamed up with MAC for four new "Looks in a Box" for their anniversary sale this year.

Also included in the sale are "Dazzle" l/s and two brush rolls- one face and one eye.
