MAC - Digi Pops Discussion

I actually have sort of the opposite experience with the french names - every time I go to MAC and ask for, say, Patisserie I pronounce it like one says bakery in french, with the emphasis on the last syllable. And every time the MA looks puzzled and then goes "Oh, Patissssery!"

i try to pronounce the french names correctly... but pretty sure i make an ass outta myself!

A good idea is to watch lots of french movies so you get a feel of how they pronounce things. I just try to copy my French teacher hehe.

Yeah I was blessed with being able to pick up the language. Whenever I heard my teacher pronounce it I could get it the first try lol.

To me Glamour OD, Hi-Falutin and maybe Utterly Posh!!

The lippies are a total skip for me. I'll stick to my Chanel Aqualumiere or Lancome Color Fever for shiny, glittery lipsticks. Of course, they doesn't come in those fun shades... but at least they will be moisturizing my lips instead of exfoliating them!

I don't buy from Lancome, and Chanel tends to be a little pricey for me, so I'm keeping my lips moisturized, and planning on buying a lipstick or two from this collection, to see how I like the formula.

I think I'll be getting Utterly Posh and the face brush set from here. I actually don't have any of those face brushes! I've only got a 129 and a 134.

I'm really interested in both of the brush sets with this collection. I need new eye and face brush sets for my purse/on the go/travel bags and these sound great. Plus, Erin said the brush rolls would hold full size brushes...which is awesome!! I can't wait to see what they look like. I may end up with one set, or both, or neither.

I'll have to try the new dazzle l/s in person, but some of the dazzleglasses will be coming home with me for sure. I'm saving my B2M empties and will be able to get 3 dazzleglasses with them, now the question is...which 3?!? I love them all!

I feel the same way!
The only thing I hate about this collection's availability only through Nordstrom's in the fact that I'll actually have to pay for shipping, for a change.

I just have to ask: Is the name of this collection pronounced "Diji Pops"?
BTW, unless something changes, Boys Go Crazy is coming my way, since I love and heavily use Date Night and Funtabulous, and Boys looks like it could be kind of a hybrid of those two.

^Well there is a bright side to this, if you order $200 or more you get free shipping, but I know they have been doing a lot of $5 shipping for cosmetic orders over $50. If you have a Nordies near by you can order it online and pick up in store for free too. But if this is coming out around their anniversary they may end up doing a special thing for shipping. I know I can't wait for this!
