so ladies, i took a peak at the MESs yesterday at my MAC store, and i must say....they are so chalky, glittery, and messy just like the ones from Flashtronic Collection.
i collect MESs since Amuse collection (they had super silky MES w/o glitters then!), but i feel like the recent ones including Antiquitease? MESs are just a huge dissapointment!

i think i will pass on them all....:S

I hope that the rumours are true and we will get them next week - I will call my MA on Monday - but I liked the ones from Flashtronic last year

But if all three collections come out next week I just can pick up three MES... Probably I will leave Hot Contrast then.

I got to see them yesterday! I did not find them chalky, but definitely not as smooth as the ones I have from Rococco back in 2004. The first swipe was light, but an additional swipe and some blending/rubbing and the colors were really gorgeous. I took some photos of four swatches I did (http://mamadelovesmac.blogspot.com/2008/06/electroflash-news-flash.html). I will be bringing home Fresh Green Mix, Odd Couple, Sea & Sky, and Pink Split.

I also like Sea and Sky and Odd Couple, but I will have to see them in person. Polar Opposites interests me too... I defintely won't get more than 4, but I am hoping I can walk away with 2. We'll see

Totally! I wish I had taken the time to swatch the others and look at the l/s and l/g. But my baby Betty Boop was starting to get really fussy so we had to head out. I am just glad the ones I got lasted through the drive home!
