YAY! I didn't order CC the first time cause I have like a zillion pink everything...then someone else said it was cotton candy pink...so I just ordered it this morning. I'm glad you posted that

Hmm.... The only one I wanted from this collection was Odd Couple but the purple side looks more violet than lavendar like it has in swatches (on my screen, at least) and I've got enough violet shades, nevermind a sample of Violet pigment! The texture is to die for but it's just not unique enough for me. =/

I would venture to say that is a pretty accurate assumption. I am wearing Odd Couple today and it definitely is more violet than lavender. I like the way that it looks as you build up the color. It makes your eyes really "pop", especially if they are blue or green. It has a nice melange side as well that serves as a great blend for the lid/crease. But, I would agree that it is not the most unique purple in the world.

I agree with this. I bought Odd Couple today and it IS more violet than lavender. With that set, I am loving the bright purple because I have green-blue eyes. I can see how some people are thrown off because it looks lighter purple in many of the swatches.

So excited, I got my haul!! I ended up getting Fresh Green Mix (of course!), Love Connection, and Pink Split for MES, Fast Thrill l/s (B2M, baby!), Culture Clash l/g and Sonic Vibe l/g. rbella totally talked me into Sonic Vibe (as if I'm that hard of a sale, lol
). Love Connection just looked so pretty and shimmery when I swatched it and I can't wait to try it. Pink Split is soooo pretty and soft. The pink side, very nice and the melange side swatched as a pretty dirty almost purple color - and that was all I needed! And of course Fresh Green Mix is, well, fantastic - 'nuff said!

just got back from haulin' i purchased hot contrast [surprisingly] and fresh green mix.
based on the swatches i had seen of hot contrast i was totally going to pass on it. the mélange side looked super blah, but the one that my counter had on display had a lot of red in it and when i swatched it, OMG. it was so sexy
it was deep blacked cherry red/burgundy. i love it. now i can pass on the burgundy pigment in overrich. i made sure to ask for one with a lot of red.
fresh green was awesome. it did not disappoint at all. the other colors were ok but they weren't calling me. some of the better ones were: sea & sky, odd couple, play on plums & two to glow. the others were too frosty or had major fall-out [granted i was using a q-tip to apply these].
lip stuff... boring. mellow mood likes like a bunch of stuff i already have. fast thrill, too frosty. vanity's child, there are so many better nudes out there. dangerously hot, resembles the color of a brick

I thought I would buy a lot more in this collection than Sonic but I didn't. I only bought Sea & Sky and Hot Contrast. I swatched every single one of them and these two stuck out the most.
I posted swatches in the swatch forum.
Even though these are mineral, texture is different therefore their wearability will be different too, I find that the colors were dupable. I wanted to get Two To Glow which looked exactly like Amber Lights on me. I also wanted to get Fresh Green Mix but the green was kinda dull. I prefer my Eyepopping from C Shock over this.So I didn't get them.
I didn't like any of the others so I won't comment on them.
As far as all the lippes and lipglasses go, none of the colors wowed me in any way. Usually I pick up at least 1 in every collection but nope not this one.
I did get a mini makeover with Sea & Sky and there were 4 other girls getting the same makeover done! All the MAs were saying that this is one that will sell first and fast. The blue in this is just too gorgeous. And I agree!
