After swatching most of the shadows, I decided to just pre-order Blue Orbit - such a gorgeous color shifting color! I might have to get a BU because I know I'm going to wear the s*** out of this lol. The other colors are certainly lovely, but Blue Orbit is really unlike anything I own. I also pre-ordered Superb. Whisper of Gilt looked pretty but at first impulse, Superb caught my eye so I'm sticking with the one.

I plan to order Sweet Heat ED e/s and Whisper of Gilt EDSF online and get the rest at my counter on release day.

OMG! These EDSFs feel like silk and spread like butter! I preordered all three and a back up of one. I loved the feel of the shadows too but I feel like I have similar colors. I may go and swstch them again and comtemplate the shadows for there release in stores. The lilac one is really pretty, I may at least get that one...decisions, decisions. At least I have a paycheck inbetween from ehen I get my pre-order from the pro store and when they launch in store...lol

Sweet Heat, Young Venus, Warm Thunder, Modern Pewter and the 234 brush.
Grand Galaxy and Blue Orbit are maybe's.

For those who have seen it in real life, is Blue Orbit more of a lilac or a periwinkle blue shade?

And that is why I loved it originally, seeing it swatched again has made me fall for it again so I think this will be my hail from this collection with the cheek brush

All of the blues/purples in this collection have some sort of duo-chrome going on (see my previous posts). It is mor subtle that your typical duo-chrome, but it is certainly noticeable.

I would say it's definitely periwinkle, but it does have a purple color shift as well (duo-chromey), but it is more of a brightened purple in the color shift rather than a lilac. It really is a gorgeous color, and has a lovely appearance.

I would say it's definitely periwinkle, but it does have a purple color shift as well (duo-chromey), but it is more of a brightened purple in the color shift rather than a lilac. It really is a gorgeous color, and has a lovely appearance.

it's hard to decide!! I need help too Look in your collection and choose the more unique!

Now I need help too... I've chosen to take Whisper of gilt although glorify is really interesting but I'm afraid I wouldn't use it that much because it's darker..

Rich Core
Grand Galaxy
Blue Orbit

I'm really on a tight budget.. which one is the less unique in your opinion?? I'll probably end up taking everything U___U

Don't look at the darkness or lightness of the EDSF, but base your decision on what color would best complement your complexion. With the right tools, you can sheer them out to just a glow, so what's more important are really the undertones of the EDSF, rather than the darkness/lightness.

You must get Blue Orbit it is so lovely. I had Rich Core on my list too but after I swatched it I thought on my smaller lids it would just look like another dark shadow.

I can't wait for this collection. Thanks for the swatches! Modern looks LOVELY! I am taking time off work to get to the counter ASAP on April 5th. Hope I can score what I am waiting for!!! Expecially the cheek colors!
