My order from Debenhams hasn't turned up yet and I'm getting impatient! I went into MAC today and swatched the shadows I've ordered (Grand Galaxy, Modern Pewter, Rich Core) and they're all AMAZING - I want them to turn up so I can play with them!

Today I received Sweet Heat and Whisper of Glit and Sweet Heat today! Last night I got Blue Orbit, Grand Galaxy, Superb (now my store should be sold out of it now since when I purchased it, there was one left) and Lunar!! I cannot wait to post and swatch them!!

Ha - I got to see it once, then when I went back, it said it was a private album.
I thought it looked quite flattering on your skin tone & lovely as a highlighter.

Ok... someone help. How do you apply the EDSF? I got Superb and don't know how to use it. I saw some people saying it isn't just a highlighter... And that's how I was thinking to use it.
So, where is everyone applying them and with what brush(es)? Please give me perm brush options... I don't have many dc or LE brushes, as I wasn't much into MAC until more recently.

I saw you mentioned you weren't as into blue eyeshadows... I'm not really either. But I used BO over a purple base and it really brings out the purple duochrome in BO!

Oh, man. I'm so bad. I went to my freestanding MAC store tonight after work to check out the other eyeshadows (I had only bought Modern Pewter online)
and ended up coming home with with Young Venus, Blue Orbit, Grand Galaxy, Warm Thunder, and a backup of Modern Pewter! Ouch, wallet pain!
I LOVE Modern Pewter. If I had to get stranded on a deserted island with only one eyeshadow I would probably pick that one LOL.
The black eyeshadow was already sold out, which I thought was interesting. The only lipstick sold out of the 3 collections was Reel Sexy.
All the blushes appeared to still be there.

Ordering from this collection has been the worst experience ever. First, MAC didn't send the 128 brush in my first order. THEN, I suppose because I just had to place another order...my box (which UPS reports having dropped by at my place yesterday) is nowhere to be found. Someone has straight up stolen my WoG. Typically the UPS man just tucks my black box in the little corner by my door (I live in an apartment complex). So when I arrive home I don't have to go to the office for my package. If they take a package to the office they leave a note. I've never had a problem before with my box going missing. I live on the third floor with no neighbors....so I'm concerned about my package. This has been such a horrible experience. At least there was only one item in the box and I did get Superb so I'm not totally pissed... but that was $29.00. If I order from Hey Sailor online and my box goes missing I will straight up hunt that fool down.

I was practicing self control and only bought Blue Orbit and Superb... I like these metallic finishes, since they have shimmer and glow without much (or any) glitter.
Before ordering, i tested Blue Orbit dry and it very rapidly turned a light warm iris. I was hoping it would stay periwinkle with purple duochrome, so i was very disappointed. But i went back and tested it wet, and while the purple duochrome was quite visible, it stayed periwinkle. So i broke down and bought it. I like several other e/s and Whisper of Gilt, but i'm trying not to buy too much 'cuz i want to save for a summer vacation.
Besides Blue Orbit and Superb from Extra Dimension, i got only got one Tres Cheek blush, Full of Joy, and two Reel Sexy items, Pink Cult blush and Cinestyle gloss - fortunately for me the lipsticks i liked were much too close to colors i already have, Play Time and Violetta.
And from what i can see, the two May collections i know about, Hello Sailor and Lips and Tips, are not interesting to me, thank goodness.

I love Modern Pewter! Depending on the light, it can look like three different eyeshadows. =) I think I'm not helping your wallet though!

I was SOOO close to buying up this entire collection. Working at MAC and being someone who is obsessed with makeup can often be bad fo my wallet lol But once i had time to think about it and really swatch the products, I decided that even though the shadows are sooooooooo pretty (especially wet) I couldn't bring myself to buy them for some reason. It was kinda strange considering i had been looking forward to this collection for months. I hauled some Tres Cheek (Lovecloud is my new favorite blush) and some stuff from the CCO instead (Shadesticks<3 oh how I miss you). I hope all you lovely people are enjoying your new ED shadows! Isnt Blue Orbit da bomb? :3
