oh my... i just realized ill probably be on holiday somewhere at the northwest norwegian coast when flashtronic comes out in germany (6th of august is international date, right?

)

i wanted to get northern lights and approx 4 of the eye shadows, but therell be nothing left when im home again

Yes, it was damaged during shipment, she said in another post somewhere. But, MAC is replacing it for her

So, they come out August 6th?

I think I will ask my husband if he will buy me all the shadows and one of the MSF. OMFG. So gorgeous.

8/6 is the International release date. 7/19 is the US & Canadian release date, so you can get it this Thursday!

just as well you are getting a CP - MSFs are set at about $44AU for this collection here and I think I read somewhere that the MES will be close to $40AU

i dont think ive ever bought a skinfinish at aussie retail actually! but yeah i think that works out to be about $38 USD for one? absolute rip off when you consider that they go for around $24.50 here. Buying all three would be murder on my bank balance - US retail eases the paaaaaiinnn

Saw them last night at the store.
The disappointment I think people are going to have is that there are chunks of glitter in the shadows and skinfinishes. It's not HUUUUUGE glitter but it's glitter and it's there. I swatched them all on my wrist and arm, and you could see the glitter there pretty easily.
Not quite as disco ball as Naked You but definitely real chunks in there.

That said, I DO intend to buy Nornthern Lights and Lovestone. They're gorgeous. Global Glow was sooooo much like Shooting Star to me I had to really look at it to see difference. Differences = more glitter in the GG than in SS (for me at least).

Anyone not liking glitter or sparkles should prepare for disappointment in these, I would say. Even the shadows have some glitter in them.

Flashtronic and Rushmetal were launched in germany today, so I went shopping.

I bought
Northern Light :loveya:
Gold Spill
mercurical
ether
tectonic
and by jupiter.

The colour-payoff is quite good! And there is some glitter in the e/s, but not too much.

My northern Light has hardly glitter in it. The Gold Spill has more but not too much. I think it depends very much on the veinig.

some girls in our german board complained broken e/s. they tend to be very fragile. better you check them directly in the store.

SOOOO glad to hear that Northern Light and Lovestone are fabulous. Those 2 have been definates on my list from day one... What did you think about Goldspill? Do I need it if I have Shimpagne that I never use? Did you see the pigments?

our dollar is poor, we couldn't afford the Aussie prices! haha

I didn't see the pigments...but I did play with all the shadows and finishes.

Goldspill is pretty, it's got a little more color than shimpagne IMO. I will definitely be getting all three finishes.

Ether is hot too, but I'm not sure if I could wear it regularly or not because it's kind of bruisy cool toned.

My favorite glosses over Sunmetal are

HIP Precious lipgloss
or
Milani Glitzy Glamour Gloss in Glitz & Glam


There is not a lipglass that I have that I am that thrilled with over Sunmetal. Nymphette is not bad, but it is nothing extraordinary

Yeah, Ether was the only other shadow on my list... it is anything like Plumage?

I think I will get Goldspill, and skip Global Glow only because I have Shooting Star and never use it. I am secretly hoping I hate the pigments
