I agree, the MSFs look like stuff we have already seen. I wish they were more colorful, and not so... BROWN! Ether and Lovestone e/s will be mine though! I bet Lovestone will look awesome as a blush!!

i have been waiting endlesly for those pictures

and yes. indid, disappointed a bit from the "oh so usual colors"
i was hoping for somethin a bit more freshy..
global glow looks EXACTLY the same as shooting star.. lets hope its not a good picture of it
northern light is also a bit darker than i expected..

oh well
we have one more hope this year for an msf that will knock out hopfuly.. with the Alexander McQueen collection..

That's what I thought too!

Looking at that pic of Northern Light MSF made me realize how much I don't need it. I've outgrown of shimmery blushes, and this one just reminds me of it. Too bad, because it was the one item I was interested in purchasing.

Northern Light looks hot. I'll take Global Glow just cuz its an msf. If the color payoff is good on Ether, Jupiter, Lovestone and mercurial, they're mine.

I want ether, lovestone and would be interested to see what quarry looks like on. It looks like a big mishmash in the pot so im intregued!

I am most excited for Ether and Lovestone eyeshadows. The more I see the MSFs, the more I think I don't need them, especially if they are all tan/beige/brown tones.

I hope (or actually don't hope for the sake of my bank account) that the lipglasses are better in person. They pretty much all look the same. I am more excited about Northern Light than I thought I would be.

Are you all sure this collection is coming out in mid-July???? I just talked to one of the MAC girls at my store and she said they won't even having training for these collections until the third week of July, so they aren't being released before then...

Whoa! You had me nervous there for a minute, because I'm so excited about this collection. I just spoke to live chat and this is what I was told.

"July 17th Online, July 19th at MAC Stores and dept store counters except Nordstrom, and July 26th at Nordstrom. The reason it's delayed a bit at Nordstrom is b/c they are launching lots of exclusive sets for their Anniversary Sale around the same time."

Gosh, you totally spoke my mind. This is the first year I've been looking at MAC stuff and what luck...they decide to launch something deliciously tempting and beautiful almost every month.
I am really really really sad about this, cause I'm still in school and totally cannot live like this (but still want almost everything they launch). I'm pretty sure I'm about to go in debt just for MAC...

You shouldn't go into debt if your not enjoying it! Shopping for nice things and mac is supposed to be an pleasurable experience. If you find yourself feeling to guilty or worrying about it you should speak to some one because there are probably underlying reasons that you spend so much. As a confessed mac aholic i know that with mac comes the pleasure and then the pain when u look at the bank statement, but it shouldn't take over to the point u don't feel happy about it anymore.:conscience:

This collection is SO amazing! You know we eat up MSF's like candy and the three they have this time are absolutyl no exeption. They are must haves. I played with the mineralize eyeshadows, haha our update trainer called them little planets, and they do look that way (the picture from the sight are the eyeshadows, no duos tones this time, they are four all swirled gorgeously together)

I'm in love.

I agree....this is weird. I was in the Destin, FL, Belk's store 6-14-07 and the MA swore up and down there would be no new releases until "SEPTEMBER" -- I just smiled at her and said, "oh really?" She then corrected herself and said the only products being released before Sept is the Nordstrom Anniv collection in July....

I wish there were some MAs near me who would at least acknowledge there are "other" collections coming out and not just say there is "nothing" coming out.....really!! Haven't they heard about the internet? I probably would travel out of town to that store more often and spend my money there instead of ordering 99% online if they were friendlier....But it's their choice.

I know what you mean, she was actually really nice, and knew about Smoke Signals and Blue Storm in August, but was just misinformed about Flashtronic and Rushmetal I guess. I walked away thinking, is this supposed to be some big MAC secret or something and they are lying about release dates? Lol, very bizzare.
