I agree. We certainly seem to know more than the Mac SA in the store or Mac CS. And lawd we know how to make the Mac customers happy which Estée Lauder's marketing and senior executive team seems to be oblivious to.

It looks like it will. Most things have been in their system since Friday. It's marked as Coming Soon. That wasn't the case the day of the RHPS "supposed launch". I'd guess this comes out later today or tomorrow.

That's not a good sign but Mac CS is CLUELESS about 95% of the time when answering questions about launch dates and times.

Exactly! Its a slippery slope to Nowhereville when you call them. I always hope for a miracle each time though. Keep hope alive!
