I've mixed blue brown with a lipgloss a few weeks ago and it was different. It had an amazing blue shimmer, I would wear it again the next time I decide to go for something different

Ingredients. Same reason why Asia gets colours that other countries don't. Many ingredients are allowed in Asia that aren't allowed in other countries, and vice versa. For safety reasons, shipping reasons, availability reasons...
