Attitude Adjustment Needed! She clearly does not traverse the interwebs!
One of the MAC artists in the MSO near where I work is like that... complete @#$%*. If not for a few of the others who are absolutely lovely, I would make the half an hour drive to the next MAC store just to get what I need even though that one is 2 minutes walk from my office!

Yeah to me the girls at the MAC stores just have this attitude. Meanwhile the girls at the counters are usually just humble and cool about it. I think the only reason I still go to the actual MAC store near me is for the two guys that work there. They're so sweet and always treat you like the most important person in the world.

The guy that works in the one near my workplace is like that as well. Such good customer service and a really humble and helpful guy.

I don't have a MAC store within reasonable driving distance, only a counter. Thankfully, like you said, they are humble and lovely. There is a guy that works at the counter named Matt that always treats me so well. They are all pretty nice. There was only one unpleasant employee there and even the girls at Sephora would talk about how awful she was. I never had any issues with her but I saw her treating some of the customers like dirt. I don't think she works there anymore, though.

I happen to have a good counter in my Nordies. I was in there talking to one of the girls tonite about the collex's, the Veluxe shadows and the Gravitas palette. I told her how I initially bought it for my Aunt and she was like oh no, don't give it up. She's not ready for that yet. LOL Very sweet girl. I'll make sure to buy from her.If I get anything from that collection, it will be the purple lipstick. No more reds for me.

I think in the heirloom collection the only pigments are actually glitters, now that I look at it, but that's okay, I have like all the glitters too and I really like themBut I use them with a glue, okay here's the list! Again, I apologize, I'm an idiot! I thought this collection had two PIGMENT pigments but it has just the two glitters, so if you want me to swatch the glitters instead I have about ten of them!

It's okay, must have been hard work!Oh I forgot to mention, Full Force Violet is amazing, but a true cobalt blue would probably be Marine Ultra, I don't have it yet because I feel like my green eyes look muddy with blue shadow, but from what I understand, it's the blue version of full force violet

I don't think I can pay that kind of money for a MAC lipstick unless I see some swatches before it launches. And the colors better look awesome.Ahhh okay! No probs.
That Prabal Gurung one is the most tight lipped collection ever. November 26th is just about 6 weeks away. If they want us to set aside money for that overpriced collection, I'm gonna need some swatches STAT!

I don't think I can even if the swatch is lovely because I'm not paying that kind of packaging markup, especially not for packaging I'm not overly crazy about to begin with.
