Just got off the phone with Mac. Apparently they are all shipped off like that...I find that SO strange! She even put me on hold to go check it out herself. All their stock seems to have been delivered to warehouse like that. I told the rep that that seems odd since you would think the cameo and packaging edges would need some protection. :dunno: SO I am curious and would love to hear if anyone else (esp. Canadian) got their pigment sets without packaging!

If I recall correctly, last year I ordered a lip gloss set online and I didn't get an outer box either. With the lip and eye bags I got with that collection there were outer boxes. So I guess your experience is consistent.
