What's your usual foundation shade? From your photos, I get the feeling SI will look better on you overall than SLV, because you seem a little cooler toned.
You look waaaaay better in RR than I do - it made me look sallow, but on you, the blue undertone comes out really well and it looks brighter and richer. If you look better in SI than you do in RR, then SLV will probably come through with all of its orange and look a lot different than SI, but it's one of those colors that might look less vibrant and separate from red if your skin doesn't have enough yellow undertone to accentuate the orange.
These reds and oranges can be so tricky. I've got the sort of coloring where I need either really obvious yellow or blue undertones or I look like an old lady, while others can only get away with neutral, well-balanced shades and the extremes look all wrong. SLV is the most orange of all these new MAC LEs, more orange than even Watch Me Simmer, and the finish is very dense and opaque too. I hope it works on you, because it's OMG GORGEOUS when it does - I'll make sure to take a full face photo when I pick mine up next week, but I bet it's going to be hard to photograph. Try it in person first if you can, because I could see it being yuck for some people too - although fortunately, I think it'd be easy to doctor up with lip pencils and glosses to get the shade right, rather than be a total waste of money.
P.S. - Riviera Life on top of it was awesome - like a giant glass of juicy tangerine juice, but it's super yellow orange that way.
