MAC Impact Team

Can someone explain (in detail) what this is? I could be mistaken but I've heard that once a part of this elite circle you get the honor of working backstage at events and shows.

How long do you have to work for MAC in order to be considered for an Impact Team interview, or what do you have to do to get to that level?

impact is usually reserved for products specialist and more tenured artist. you are basically a mini trainer. you possibly facilitate style session lessons. depending on regions availability you might be sent to industry events in another state depending on how well you do. impact are the top of the top your the go to when it come to taking about products. teaching classes. impact does not do fashion week or anything like that. that is reserved for the senior artist with MAC. your have to know all about products differences between them ingredients u also have to have all your certifications up to communication application. and not have any write ups

Impact team can and would do fashion week because "normal" artists in NYC are asked to do fashion week. The senior artist just create the looks. Impact in my region is the elite team of artists who do more events and are guest artists at other locations events.

i know in some regions they do but most dont unless your in nyc or la. in my region we dont what so ever. i tried to go to fashion week because i was invited to but i was told i couldn't because i could be fired because it was a conflict of interest.
