That's what makes me so confused. I don't get how they figure out who gets backordered and who gets theirs. Maybe I should call again?

I would call and tell them hey I placed me order at so and so time prior to the site updating and sold out. Ask them why the system let it show in your cart and show in your invoice but your now being told its back ordered.

Because I know from ordering on the Pro site like you did if an item is on back order it tell you prior to placing you order or next to the item.

I would do some bitching and moaning!

Just got off the phone with CS, again. Yep, it's backordered. Had no explanation as to how it happened. Said they *should* get more in, but with all the orders for it, they're not sure if everyone will get their order for it.

What bugs me is that I still don't even see my order from this morning on my "Order Status" under my account or under "Previously Purchased" on the MAC site. And I didn't receive an email telling me anything was backordered. I got my confirmation email WITH Stereo Rose in it... yet my banking did not charge me for it.

If I wasn't an online banking stalker, I would be blissfully thinking I was the owner of a Stereo Rose. Ugh. Crappy.

I just called also. Got the exact same story. This is just such a stupid, stupid thing to do to their customers. I am so irritated. I am going to cancel my whole order. There are other companies out there with just as nice things.

Did anyone get Happy Together MB? Does it have a dupe? Or is it pretty enough to justify getting? I don't buy a ton of MBs, but for some reason it is just looking kinda cute in the pics so far!

A weird thing is that in PA where I'm originally from there's a no helmet law for motorcyclists! IE....you don't have to wear one. Imagine an accident....even a mild one skimming across the pavement!! EEEKS. Sorry about your dad though

I use to have a z400 when I was 16 an atv one night I went riding and had no helmet padding of any sort on I went around a sharp turn grabbed my clutch instead of my break to slow down my bike and I went straight over a revine a 15ft drop off atleast and I went face first into a tree. Luckily I survived but I pretty much bit the tree taking out 3 front teeth I had pieces of the tree embedded into my mouth I wanted to go to the dentist and not the ER the dentist cleaned the wood chips out of my mouth got the bleeding under control begging me to go to the ER I refused I had burns down my legs baseball sized water blisters with charred skin around them and more than likely had a concusion. My atv riding days were over after that I hung up my helmet that I hardly wore my bike survived it had less 4 hrs on it and sold it.

If I could go to a Mac store, I would - thier online site is my ONLY option. I live in a rural area and the nearest MAC store or counter is 2 hours away.

I'll be hitting up my MAC counter on the 8th, they seem to be kind of slow, (they still had 8 MLs the afternoon of the TTB launch date when I'd bought the last one at the MAC store at the Mall of America two hours before) so hopefully they have a few. If they do I'll try to grab an extra or two for you girls

My first impression of Happy Together was that it reminded me of Nuance MB. I'll try and confirm this when I bring Nuance to my pro store and swatch them side by side either tomorrow or Thursday.
