AAAAAAAAAAAAGH!!!

I just got 3 Stereo Rose and 3 Jazzed lipsticks on the way from a store 1 1/2 hours away! SO excited!! I was told, "It's going to be a 15.95 ship fee...is that ok?" Absolutely I yelled. LOL

Yay, and no gas fees either. I get to stay in my cold house. I'm so happy. OK, I'll stop being silly.

P.S. Their store is big and they only got 6 in.

I just got back from my counter. They were sent 4 SR and 4 Petticoat.

I bought 2 SR, On the Scene, Going Casual and Making it Easy MES. This is my first MES. The texture seemed a lot smoother than usual so hopefully it wears well.

I got there at 950 and stood outside the mall. Shout out to the other MAC addict and lovely Specktra lurker I met! I think we enabled each other a bit! It was so funny, we were standing outside and I was like hmm I wonder if she's here for SR? I hope you enjoy your fantastic purchases!! She got Jazzing and now I'm thinking about going back to get it...oh noes.

I just got my shipping confirmation email from mac, with everything on it!

i ordered at 8:17 and my mac order status has changed from Pending to Shipped.

Just checked my MAC order status. It now says everything has shipped, including SR. I also ordered Jazzed l/s, Later p/m, and Togetherness MES. Excited to get the black box will all my goodies! Yay!

here's my experience, pretty sweet..

I got to macys at 10:02, yes 2 minutes after it opened. It wasn't very packed at all, i just saw a woman and her daughter who got there before me but thought nothing of it. Everytime I goto this counter, i'm usually the only one or there's 2 other people at the most there.

So, I enter and from a distance I see the ITG promo at the counter and start to get excited. As I was getting closer, no one was there besides the two I saw earlier. Since the collection displays were facing the clinique counter, you had to do a turn to look at it.. so I do just that and the first thing I look for is of course stereo rose. and.. it's there! With no sold out signs near it or anything.

so I grab that right away, grab petticoat and look at the lipsticks for a bit but ended up getting Go For It, which were the only things I planned on getting before-hand.

So I tell the MA that these were the only things I wanted and i'm set.. she named out the product names to me and I was expecting her to say "you're gonna love this" or "this has been popular" after she mentioned stereo rose. but she didn't say much, which I thought was odd but obviously it's not something to think much about.

So while waiting at the register, she comes and I notice only one MSF in her hands and she said "i'm confused.." and I knew it! "I thought we had 6 stereo rose's but I might've miscounted and we actually had three. I hope we didn't sell out already.."

She said that someone bought 2 SR's, i'm not sure if she meant the MA that was working yesterday night (who was off today) or the woman I saw that got there before I did. She said she'd call me later today and let me know if there are any more SR's, but i'm honestly not doubting there won't be.

I was able to swatch it and it was so pretty! I was so close.. yet so far. lol

eh.. what can you do?

Good lawd. I am still in shock. Right after I got back from the mall that black box was sitting on my desk with no Stereo Rose in it, but I am totally psyched out about have two of 'em in my BAG!!!!

My MUA is the bomb! He held onto two of the three Stereo Rose MSFs they received in their shipment.

My Stereo Rose Counter Story (pre-stereo rose story coming soon - horrible)

While I was waiting in that long ass line I had a flash back of my time waiting on Marine Life. The hold up was because the MUAs were running around trying to find SR for the customer in the front of the line. My heart was beating fast and fast.

Anyway, they couldn't locate the box so they called their manager to ask where they were and she said they were sold out and only received three of 'em. I wanted to frickin' pass out, but I didn't.

The line fell immediately so I take myself up the the counter and I say, "I have some items on hold." She opens the drawer and angels from above start sangin' ya'll...ahhhhhhhh. She said, "two Stereo Rose and one Jazzed". I was like, "Hell yeah, that'sall me." She was like, "Wow, when did you call for these." I told her at opening yesterday and she said that they were meant for me. Better be.

For some reason, the MUAs didn't know about the hype behind SR and it still baffles me because these were the same two working when I picked up my ML. They still don't get the ML hype either.

In addition to my holds, I went to pick out some other items. I love nude lippies so I picked up Call My Bluff (l/s) and You've Got It (creme glass) - great combo. Along with that I did go for Togetherness (MES). My hubby is going to kill me.

I left so relieved, but I'm still pissed at MAC because that was a very close one. Now I can get back to some other minor things in my life like making sure I'm registered for the right classes this Fall, eat and paying this overdue parking ticket. Ha!

The End!

And as for the black box: I got my pigment in Partylicious, nail laquer in Military, eye pencil in Permaplum and that GORGEOUS dazzelglass creme in If It's Pink.

Still hoping everyone can get their items. I'll be here for support. *hugz*

I got my shipping notice and SR is there. I ordered at 8:24 EST.

15.95 is crazy for shipping my freestanding store shiped 3 stereo roses to me this morning a pigment and an eyeshadow for 7.00 flat rate

My MA just called and said that they did only get 3 SR's and they are sold out. She did say that she might able to order a few more and put one on hold for me, but it's very unlikely because usually when something's sold out they aren't sent anymore.

Oh well, i'm glad they're being helpful.

I got tracking for my order and it shipped out yesterday. I should get it tomorrow and Stereo Rose is in it, also Jazzed lipstick.

I just got back form my MAC local store and they had Stereo Rose so I picked it up along with By Candlelight. By Candlelight is a really very pretty highlighter. I can't believe I didn't get it when it first came out.

I was also eyeing the mineralized blushes- especially Band of Roses so I may go back for that one -it's looks like such a pretty raspberry blush.
