Oh, Band of Roses will be very pigmented on me. I'm thinking something like Love Thing MB. IMO- it will probably be suitable for even the darkest of skin tones.

I bought Moon River from my CCO. It is way to light as a blush and to ashy looking for a highlighter for me. I did figure out a great way to use it though. I use the lightest side for a brow highlight and the pink side as eyeshadow. It's gorgeous! I think MR was meant for light skin tones, especially since I'm on the lighter side of the medium spectrum and it did nothing for me. I'll definitely need to see Hang Loose and Happy Together IRL before I make a decision on those, but I do think they are both gorgeous for the right skin tone. I really hope that Happy Together will work for me since it reminds me so much of my favorite MB Nuance.

You think Band of Roses will be as pigmented as Love Thing? This and Merrily are the most pigmented MB I own as well. Every time, I apply with the lightest hand. LOL. I don't have Nuance, but I tried it at the store. It was lovely. Let's see if it will be close to Happy Together. Yes, and I have to see Hang Loose IRL, too.

Wondering how shimmery and pigmented those new MBs are.

That's what I thought. It never looks very pigmented in the swatches. But sure, it's very pretty in the pan, right?

I don't have it, but wonder how people use it. Hope Hang Loose will show up on me.

but with the title of the collection, getting into a groove..then, yes.

and i imagine somewhere in her life kelis has dabbled a little mac onto her beautiful face. this is my new favorite song. and a bit of a spoiler: i thought upon first listen she was singing about a new lover-man....but look carefully at the end of the video and the song becomes so much more special

Taupes will a purple tone look really pretty with a purple lip, and so do just grey/black smokey eyes, but you can always add a bit of a darker purple to sort of 'tie' it together, and other look I love doing 'pin-up' make up, bar the red lip and using a purple or something like Girl About Town, it makes it look interesting.

Oh! and just using a fleshy eyeshadow and then using feline or something and smudging it with a fierce lip colour looks amazing!

Right now i have 7 regular mac blushes, the marine life powder,1 mineralize and 2 msf that i use as a blush. I'm starting to love blush to, because i want even more

my first ever blush was spaced out from neo sci fi in 2008

and i have never looked back!
