All this talk about By Candlelight made me dig mine out and use it as highlighter yesterday and it really is gorgeous!

Incidentally, I've swatched all 3 MSFs (don't have Comfort) and posted the picture on the swatch thread if anyone's interested.

is it just me, or does the stereo rose in the newest swatch link look far better than the previous ones? i mean, it's still kinda pale looking, but i think its brighter than the other ones we've seen.

Shame she didn't swatch Stereo Rose, would have liked to see another swatch. But the colour in the pictures looks a bit more like my old ones, still not as vibrant though.

Off subject I had an upsetting day today. I was told yesterday that I'd be riding with a AM courier doing P1 stops which is till 10:30 and then coming back to the station to finish computer classes. I of course didnt bring a lunch or take my purse with me since I thought I'd be out a few hours. Turns out they wanted me out there all day but never told me. One person thought the other told me but neither did that they changed their minds for what they wanted me and the other guy training to do. I had way of paying for any lunch or drink and I couldnt go till 4:30 or so with nothing so another driver picked me up and took me back. Then I was so upset about the whole thing I forgot to clock out

. I was so afraid they were upset with me that I couldnt stay out there but they neglected to tell me any change of plans

. I was also 5 minutes late getting there this morning due to traffic and it just seems like everything went wrong

. Now I'm doubting myself too that I wont be able to drive that big truck. Its like driving a bus and I only sat in the passenger seat and was leery!

I do too!! On busy days I just take By Candlelight, apply it as a blush topper/highlight and a bit on my lids with brown eyeliner!! Quick and adds a wonderful glow!!

Flaminbird, believe me when I tell you that you can do this. These unknowns can throw us for a loop, but if so many people can do it, so can you. You just have to stop listening to your own worst enemy you, and listening to your inner confidence.
Easier said than done (and believe me, I am always scared of things), but remember, that every single person driving those Fed Ex trucks felt scared like you. We all feel scared, then surprise ourselves.

The more I see of some of the eyeshadow trios, the more I think they look a lot like previous releases. In the Groove reminds me of the Warm Eyes palette from Holiday 09. I can't help but think of the Photorealism Quad when I see Calm, Cool, Collected. If I'm really tempted by these in real life, I might B2M for them. Otherwise, I'm going to try and skip the lot. Stereo Rose looks more promising in those photos.
