Crap now im stuck between by candelight and stereo rose lol Well I have triple fusion which has gold colors in it. And stereo rose is so sought after. Why not step away from my norm and get SR

hooray for paleness! lol me being half filipino I got a yellow undertones so its not a white paleness if that makes any sense lol. I live in colorado, we dont get too much sun except in the summer. We need a team pale icon lol

So I think I know what im getting from this collection...

Stereo rose MSF
Creme de nude lipstick
Soften the mood e/s
Hang loose or Band of roses blush
Maybe go for it lipstick.

Stereo Rose MSF. The more swatches I see the more I want it! I used to not be too into MSF's, I only own triple fusion and just now started using it and I love it so def wanna pick up another.

Creme de nude lipstick. I dont own any nude lipsticks so thought I'd start with this one. Maybe Go for it lipstick, I love purple
smiles.gif

Not sure about cremesheens. I dont own any but am probably picking up the ones from A+O or wait and just get dare to wear lipglasses. And im dying to get some of the new MUFE glosses. So Im prob gonna pass.

Either hang loose or band of roses Min blushes. Not sure I want since MSF are great to use as blush. I'm not too much of a blush girl. But ive heard great things about mineralize ones.

The shadows I'm on the fence about. The colors dont jump out at me. And I usually turn to urban decay fo color shadows. I'll prob grab soften the mood. I'm always using color and just now started experimenting with neutral looks

I REALLY want the brush but its so expensive!

I have decided not to get all of the cremesheen glasses and most of the lipsticks. I have decided to get Go For It, All Styled Up, and Jazzed lipsticks and for the cremesheen glasses, I only want Chillin, Right Image and Going Casual.

I think I found a way to dupe the purple lipstick from this collection ( it is this collection, right?)

Blooming Lovely + Night Violent Mattene = A true purple

Maybe you should try a colored loose powder a couple shades darker than your own, as well!

that does sound lovely - as do all Chanel cosmetics to me! but sadly they are outside my budget

I have cut my list down to just Go For It. Sad, but I really don't like shimmer all over my face, so I probably won't use an MSF or even a MB. But, I am uber excited for Go For It!!!

Yes hunny, try it! I had to play with how much of each I wanted to see how puple it got. I had it the same medium purple as Specktra's background, added more Night Violet to make it deeper!

It may sound weird but I had a class today on economy and the teacher talked about how people make their wishes needs and eventually we end up spending money we should have spent on sth else... It really affected me! I still have so much stuff from the permanent line that I want! Brushes and eyeshadows and lipsticks.... So I've decided not to buy anything from this collection and spend the money on things I really need...

My first class in economics was: "Needs are defined by our minds more so than our bodies -- we only really need food, water and shelter -- everything else is superfluous".

I was so shocked I ran out to buy some lipsticks

I've just received my Style Influencer MES in the post (bought it on eBay) and I can confirm that it's the same size as the other MES (2.2g), so hopefully the MSFs are the same size as before too.

It's really nice, has a soft, buttery texture, not gritty at all. Really looking forward to getting the rest of the collection.

ETA: I've posted pictures of the eyeshadow and swatches on the swatch thread.

I dont know if I'll get Stereo Rose now or not either. I picked up Brunette MSF at the CCO this past weekend and it doesnt really work for me
ssad.gif
. I wonder if I'll have any luck with any MSF???

Ok I gotta share this with you all since I posted it in here earlier. This week was my defensive driving at FedEx and Monday we were tested on backing up/parking, parallel parking and serpentine fowards and backwards. I am surprised at myself for being able to back that truck up and one of the times I had it exactly in the middle! The serpentine however I had to do 4 times backwards as I hit two cones...once each time. It was very hard to steer that truck backwards in-between cones! Well yesterday we had to do a pre-trip practice then drive out for an hour + to where my b/f works, see that station then had lunch. I drove back and it was nerve racking. I also had to park the truck in the station backwards as they always will be parked in front of the belt. I did that fine too. Today was our pre-trip test and driving test and I was so nervous. You have to go all around your vehicle and check everything outside then go inside and check things...parking brake, steering, seat...fan, etc. Then I went out to do my driving test. As I made a turn at a light the instructor said "In all the years I"ve never seen anyone make a perfect turn and you just did" !! OMG I Couldnt believe it! I was so happy
greengrin.gif
. So then we went down the road 1 mile and he said "ok I've seen enough let's head back" so we got into the station and I had to park the truck again backwards and got pretty much in the middle. I still didnt know if I passed because he didnt say and he said that I had one of the best testing! When I went to leave I checked in with the other manager and she said "he just told me in all the years he's been doing this that you were the best he's seen...perfect pre-trip and the best driving"!! I was so proud of myself!! Just had to share because I've never done anything that well in my life especially something I was so scared to death to do!

I thought Barry M might have a dupe of Go For It l/s but their's is really greyed and pigmentation and staying power are awful I hear. :/

Thanks everyone for the kind thoughts!! Dollygirl92 good luck with your driving too! I learned a regular car maaannnnnnnnnny years ago! LOL. I drive a Trans Am and a little old Honda Civic so driving this giant truck scared me. I set up as high as a dump truck!! The one thing that's hard to tell is when you're in the center of your lane because you the truck is so much wider then a car.

How do you pale ladies rock the MSF's? I am afraid of looking to shimmery/metallic. Is Stereo Rose gonna be too dark for me (NW20)? I have cool coloring too
