this was my makeup look today: Nubile pp as a base. Sumptuous Olive in the lid. Beluga on the crease, Jaunty as a highlight. Black track Fluid line and Dior Blue mascara. maybelline clear mascara for brows. I used Pure Zen on my lips and then Immortal Flower Blush. I Loved Beluga! im gonna try to take a better pic of the eyes.Sorry.

beautiful kimibos!! I need to busy out my pure zen!! And use IF blush lol I like the LFL lg I got just wish it was more shimmery

my bf was like don't use the makeup in case they charge you for it. I waited and I still haven't touched any of it because I haven't really even touched the first haul! They have yet to charge me so at this point, it's free makeup. But yes, I try to avoid Macy's online at all cost. I can't go through that again!

Oh no! I will now avoid Macy's website from now on. I was supposed to receive Spiked Eye Brow Wednesday but UPS kept updating to Thursday to Friday and now Tuesday! I have never gotten late packages from MAC before and it's the first time.

On topic:
I finally swatched the eyeshadows that I got. Loving Sex & The Oyster!!

I think I've been very lucky with Macy's online. If any issue arises they are prompt at fixing the issue (replacing a damaged item or a lost package). The only damaged item I received from them happened to be a MAC lipstick (Deeply Adored) but I believe the Marilyn release had some issues when it was initially launched...I got mine when Macy's did a re-release and what Macy's had was part of the supply from the original release. Macy's sent me a replacement...although it took a little while to get it because it was on backorder. I don't know if I've had better luck because I'm a cardholder (although that shouldn't matter) but then again I rarely order MAC items from them. I usually go through Dillard's if I have to or Nordstrom for the free shipping.

I'm starting to warm up to this collection! At first it seemed dull as I felt very summery (it's been so hot!) but now I'm starting to see the items in a new light haha! I'm not sure which I'll get if any, I'd like to try them first but I'm worried I'll miss out if I wait! So many are sold out in the UK!

yea me to. i avoided this thread because I didnt think it caught my attention but that Feed the sense just drew me in lol. I have enough shadows and i was looking for a matte burgundy type color though but idk if palace pedigree is going to satisfy me

Yes!!! S&tO is amazing! I have nothing like it at all plus it looks gorgeous in a smokey eye look.

Rich, you like Sex and the Oyster? The makeup artist was wearing at during my session and several girls got it after we were done . I really may need to get this one. The session was very nice. We were shown how to prep the skin for make up application. Lightful products were mostly used, BB creams, a full face look on a 'model' by the artist who has great personality. Daytime looks were transformed into nighttime look. She basically touched on everything and explained a lot even focused on brushes and cleaning them, etc. There were about 10 of us in attendance in a classroom to the back of the cosmetics area. We were served a light snack of crackers, cheese cubes, grape and strawberry. I got a sample mascara and perfume and I think another sample product . Haven't really looked into it. We all had a large sized Mac notebook and pencil for taking notes. The book starts off with a few face charts and is in black and white then there is lined black and white pages. To the right of the notebook it says Mac Style Sessions. It will be great to use to make my collection lists. My salesgirl wouldn't sell me anything after we were done. She ushered me out telling me that I already brought enough last week during Indulge. Everyone has been setting limits for me recently I must have really been out of control , lol. The Mac counter was busy and I have to see some TF items at a NM in Bal Harbor . I don't know where exactly where it is located and the lady at NM leaves in 45 mins so I didn't have time to fight today , lol. I had a lot of fun and learned a few things well that I will definitely use in my routine

Sounds interesting! Funny how people are setting limits for you, nice to see people are looking out for you though.

I see that you all sending me back to the stores for S&O. I vaguely recall hearing something about a young lady who ended up with DD x 4, PP x 2, EL x 1 (got saved from the bu madness as it was a tad darker than she had expected), Beluga, LFL gloss, and the new peach luster highlighter.

Do you think sex and the oyster and eat love would look good on me if I have blue-green eyes (more green)? I think Palace Pedigreed and Divine decadence would enhance my eyes but I was told by a MUA to steer away from greys and blues, and not all greens would work as my eyes are already green. They look so pretty on you guys!!

Your MUA was wrong to tell you to avoid those colours. While they won't enhance your eyecolour like more red-based tones, it doesn't mean you can't wear them. (S)he gave you incorrect advice.

Thanks Erin! I must admit that red based eyeshadows really make my eyes pop, but sometimes I feel like trying different colours!
