MAC interview help!

Sorry I am sure there are 100000000 threads on this but this is my first time posting on specktra ever! (or recently anyway) I lurk around A LOT though.

Anyway does anyone have any tips for me about what they are looking for? Is makeup skills most important or selling skills? I currently work at a counter but its a more upmarket designer brand.

Also can you wear your hair down? Or must it be tied up? Thanks!
