I got Pink Cult on Thursday at my local Pro store. It's a very flattering natural muted pink. I've got yellow undertones and it shows up pink but kind of peachy in certain lighting on my cheeks. I kind of wanted Overdyed but passed...though it's a very wearable fuschia (even for warm skin tones)! =]

Thank you, HerGreyness! Wondering if I can handle the deeper magenta/violet blush.Overdyed.. well . that's the Magenta blush I posted up months agoit's a great colour, but a lot more pigmented and deeper magenta/violet than the AP.
maybe the orangey shadow could be juiced shadow which i think could have been discontinued now. no clue on the lippie though.

You're welcome! And yes, they swatch similar on the skin, but like I said, AP is lighter and pinker than Overdyed. Once you blend it out, though, I don't think you'll be able to tell enough of a difference to justify getting both of them (if all you're measuring is the color). Here are the comparison swatches. For extra kicks, I also swatched Briar Rose from the VV collection.
The order, from L to R is: Briar Rose, Overdyed, and AP. Hope this lets you make a decision!

Fergie was part of a Viva Glam campaign, the Viva Glam VI Lipstick and Lipglass, which came out in 2009, same year as the song. That was a soft pink mauve color. Could be that. As far as a Painted On dupe, MAC has quite a few sheer whitish lipglosses, both lipglasses and lustreglasses. KarlaSugar.net has some comparison swatches.
The makeup in the case, its hard to call it. MAC does have 2 bright orange lipsticks, Morange and Neon Orange. The LS in the case could be one of those or something limited edition. Not sure about the orange in the pot. It looks like Optimistic Orange cream blush, but that came out in 2010.

Ahhh that's awesome you got yours already! My skin also has yellow undertones and Pink Cult does the same thing on me... shows up a babyish pink with a pinch of peach in certain lighting. I can't wait to get mine! *hangs head in shame* I'm so jealous, I wish I had mine already! I have a feeling PC will be my go-to blusher

im kind of glad that the eyeshadows from this collection are disappointing. hah. ive been wanting to start off my eyeshadow collection (i dont have any from mac at the moment) with some neutrals from the permanent collection.. so perhaps now ill finally get to do it.. been so distracted with all the limited edition products, i never have enough money to get the permanent stuff..

I was planning on a total skip for this but I think I'm going to have to get Pink Cult blush. I'm very pale so I think it will work nicely.

I'm the same with Pink Cult...I keep going back and forth on it. I've been going crazy on blushes and beauty powders lately.
I SHOULD be good and wait till QC and Surf Baby.... oh ya, and to pay for my wedding LOL
I cant pass on Docile this time though. I should have got it instead of Best of Breed from FF. I dont like BOB much. Good choice on keeping RR... is def a standout in this coll
