I love Pink Cult too - I also bought a backup. I'm also a big fan of Spaced Out - it really is an unusual blush. Let's keep our fingers crossed we see it again in the near future!!

Received my RR & Acid Washed ls & Stovepipe es.

While I really like how AW looks on...I just cannot stand the glitter left all over my lips & face agghhh...
nonono.gif
seems like it never goes away.

And, I really like the color of Stovepipe on....but the texture is just kinda sucky & it didn't have very good staying power.

[/quote] This site is not working well with the iPad at all tonight... No, most frosts don't have all the glitter that AW has. Shypo - RR is pretty but much darker on my lips than on my hand. ??? So, I'm not so sure about it. I love sheen Quite the Thing on me waaay better

Thanks Elegant for the review of Acid Washed. I was thinking of going to have a gander at it but I don't want glitter lips.

My Mini-Review:

Indigo Pink (gloss) I love this lippy. It looks like it is going to be too dark on my very pale skin and not so pigmented lips but it is a beautiful plummy pink. It reminds me of Nice Kitty only more opaque and slightly more purple. This is close to a MLBB for me. Don't fear the darkness of the lipgloss if you are pale like me, it works. (I am a NC15 for reference)

Docile (gloss) Really love the microglittery shimmerness of this. It is a cool-based light, slightly milky and pearlescent lavender-pink. I don't think its terribly unique, but it appears that it would work for just about anyone unless you cannot wear cool tones or just hate shimmer. And I don't have anything quite like it.

Riveting Rose (Frost L/S) Not frosty to me at all, this could have been a glaze. It has sheer berry-fuschia tones with tiny fuschia microglitters/shimmer. I would say this would have been great for Fall. It reminds me of Kittenish only more plum and no brown tones at all. The color can be sheered out or built up. I don't really think of this tone as the color of a rose, but it is quite pretty. I may save it for Fall.

Pink Cult (blush) looks ho hum in the pan but may be my most natural looking blush ever. This is absolutely beautiful and I don't have anything like it. For me this is a mauve-pink that really looks like my natural cheek color.

Diva In Distress (eyeshadow) I know its a gimmicky looking eyeshadow and I will never use the whole thing but it is very pretty. This is a light, grey, icy blue with silver shimmer. It looks really pretty on the lower lashline. Normally I don't like light blue but this is really more of a blue toned light gray. I did not swatch the silver overspray so I can't tell you what it looks like.

Now I think I want to get the Overdyed blush and the white toned lipstick (Acid washed is the name I think?)

i went to mac this afternoon to check out overdyed blush, and picked up acid washed lipstick instead in a bit of a spontaneous purchase....but after reading about the sparkle lips i'm not sure what i've gotten myself into! LOL!

i haven't actually even tried it on, it was such a quick purchase! it looked like all their pink cults were finished and half of the supreme sheens were gone too!

Got RR on Wed, its pretty dark. But I love the color. Looks awesome as a stain.

Docile is all I hoped it would be, excited to use it over pink lippies.

I finally saw Acid Washed in person today, its pretty but dupeable and you really have to layer it for it to show. It will look good combined with other lippies though. I might get it later on if its still around

Sorry Lou, I just saw this post. Ok, I will send you a pm with what happened with the ipad! On the surface, its a quoting & thumbsup problem & VERY slow.

I am so happy to read all the LOVE for Pink Cult woot! It deserves it.

Oh, I'm liking Stovepipe the more I use it!

I used this brown golden bronze eyeshadow over my lid (Mally Beauty) and then I used Stovepipe just above my crease from inner to high outer eye. OMG - it was so beautiful.

LOL! I had the same experience. The first time I wore it, I was nonplussed. I thought it faded really quickly and generally looked blah. But after that first time, I seriously had no issues. It's looked great whenever I've worn it... Guess it had to get used to me.
