Take lots of pics, I think there's no better way to get a feel of how the collection looks like than to see it on your beautiful face.

depends what your face powder is. if its like a mineral foundation with some sort of coverage, i would put cream blush on last because you dont really want to mute your blush unless you put too much on.

but if its a translucent setting/antishine powder, its more of a preference. putting some powder on top of cream products will help it set/look less dewy. i do my skincare, foundation, finishing powder, and then blush. you could do blush then finishing powder if you like. if you are gonna use your fingers for blush, i'd do that before the powder though

That's why I use the creme blush on just clean skin - nothing else applying with my fingers. It goes on so much smoother & more natural, at least for me. Then, if you need to touch up a pimple or something just use a small brush for cover up using powder or concealer

Well, that particular MAC artist that works there is incredible. Her own personal makeup is just so simple elegant. It has just enough modern drama without being over done, which is not me. So I really trust her.

I applied my MUFE HD foundation, then Florida and then my HD powder. It works well that way. I figure I leave the powder for last to set everything. I think it's probably easier to smooth a cream blush over a liquid foundation as opposed to applying it over a powder. I love the results and my blush lasted 8 hours.

Is it possible to do an order with MAC if a product is sold out online and also have it delivered like online orders?
TIA!

Resort Life lip gelee is sold out on the website. The only thing I finally realized I wanted from this collection!

I guess it was not meant to be. I suppose I don't want it too badly since I have not been calling my local counters looking for it.

^ I would say that normally too (not meant to be), but for SSSE, I have to find it! *crosses fingers* LOVVVVVE IT! Since the first pic/swatch, but tried to save and decided against it since I'm new to blush on a regular basis.
Plus it's a decent price too! $22 when I thought it would've gone for around $30

in the uk some people have been told this collection comes out in march and others have been told feb (by mac) so i'm confused! if it comes out in march when we get spring forecast then i won't be able to get florida because spring forecast is already a little over my budget!!!

i doubt that will happen because it would mean that febuary would have one release (all races) and that only in select places meaning pro stores . i don't think the way mac is going they would have just one out and then three on march (lillyland , spring colour forecast, viva glam )and then they would have to squeeze riveting and tabloid beauty in there too! how rich or desperate do they take me for ?
nope.gif

i haven't asked around yet but i believe this will be a febuary release, it has to !

Not much talk of the Pearlmate Powder. I tried it on and it was nice but very sheer. The yellow part was the main color that showed up on my skintone. but it makes up such a small portion of the compact

Has anyone bought it?
